I had a miscarriage three weeks ago. My doctor said to wait for a normal cycle to start trying again, but we had unprotected sex last night. Do you think I could possibly get pregnant or because I haven't had a period, then I probably haven't ovulated either? And if I do get pregnant, do you think I will have another miscarriage because I didn't wait? Please help me. Oh, I do have a son. I had no complications with him.

I misscarried at 12 weeks preg. amd they told me to wait 3 months but I got preg. before I even had another period and she is now turning 4 years old in two weeks!!! It can cause your rate for another miscarriage to be higher than the normal pregnancy but that doesn't mean that it will neccessarly happen. Just take it easy and be careful just in case you are.

You could have gotten pregnant, although it may not be likely. You ovulate approximately two weeks before your period. Your doctor probably told you to wait because your body needs time to heal after every pregnancy, even if it was a loss. i believe that if you did get pregnant, you could have a healthy baby. It is just a better idea to wait a bit.

he was probably just saying that there wasnt much of a possibility that you would get pregnant until your periods had regulated again. i dont think you will have another miscarriage because you almost certainly wont get pregnant from last night.

Do "other" things. Layoff the sex until you heal up really well inside; you don't want to damage your insides, as something isn't right in the first place to cause a miscarriage. This is graphic. It is more common than not. Please think of the baby.

Your body has to heal a bit. I know it is hard for someone to tell you not to have a child when ya want one so bad but try to wait a few months. You will be blessed again...Just Pray...
