I have never worn a g-string, nor will I ever. I think it is trampy/trashy, especially for a very pregnant woman who will soon have the title of "mother". None of my girlfriends who wear them do it because it's comfortable...they wear them for fashion reasons (low rise pants, form fitting pants and they don't want a pantyline, etc.)

Well, yes, if she still believes that showing her underwear looks good, then pregnant or not she is trampy. I think you should wear whatever underwear feels most comfortable, but no one should ever see your underwear, or your butt crack for that matter. Sounds like she needs some pants that fit, as well as a lesson on "what not to wear". I thought the showing your panties thing went out at least 5 yrs ago!!! Apparently no one in her home really cares, otherwise they would have said something to her, which is really scary.

Maybe the G-string is more comfortable for her than regular underwear, hm? Does she know its showing? If yes, I would agree with you on the trampy part. (It's UNDERwear.) But she might not, especially being so big and pregnant. It's hard to see around your body.
I don't think it's common. A lot of pregnant women in their last trimester seem to think underwear is too hard to get on and a burden. I know many women who didn't bother to wear any once they got big.

I don't think so. Many people find pregnant women very attractive. Alternately, many women think they are very unattractive during pregnancy. If a woman can wear a thong and still feel sexy, shouldn't she be able to? Or maybe she wears them for the same reason thousands of other women do...comfort. Either way, she's probably not wearing them for anyone's benefit but hers or her partner's. Try looking away when she gets up or tactfully mentioning it's appearing to her.

To be honest I think it is trampy for any womans g string to be showing out of the pants. Is it trampy that she is still wearing them. Heck No!! Atleast she is still comforatable with her body, but yes I think she like all others should keep their s**t covered. It is called UNDERWEAR for a reason

Oh, fer goodness sake! You are too bored and useless for your own good! Go and get something to really work on about, like the Crisis in the world, HUNGER, or the fight for Rights, or something else that is important!
Leave that gal alone, she got her own troubles enuf! And, I actually think pregnant women are the most beautiful of all God's creatures, but, it might just be my nurturing ways...
Don't you have some HOMEWORK to do???

Honestly, It's very common. I still wore thong underwear all through my pregnancy. I also wore clothes that didn't show everything I had. I wore shirts that were long enough to cover myself and jeans that weren't tight. It shouldn't matter what a woman wears as long as she doesn't make it known to everyone

Why in the world should you care, what a seven-month pregnant woman is wearing, under her clothes?
I'm sure she is wearing what is most comfortable to her, at this stage in her pregnancy. This should be of no concern to you.

It's not trampy that she wears one. Rather its trampy for her to show it off and that goes for non pregnant women too.
