I am 36 weeks along. I have pretty much everything you can imagine for baby so far, theres nothing else I can imagine that I need off the top of my head. However, I dont know what to do about the feeding essentials! I am going to *try* to breastfeed my baby, but I am not necessarily sure how successful I will be, how comfortable I will be with the idea etc. I have a few bottles (9) that are considered "suitable" when needing to switch between bottle and breast. But what do I need to prepare for feeding my baby? Should I buy formula just in case? If so, what kind? And I will be off work for at least the first month and a half (hopefully, at least double that amount of time anyways) so I will constantly be there to breastfeed, but what do I need?? I feel like my baby will starve if I don't figure this out!!

I am currently about 30 weeks pregnant and each time I visit the doctor she asks my if I have thought about attending breastfeeding classes. I know that there are many benefits to breastfeeding, however I personally don't know that I feel comfortable doing it. I was planning on formula feeding my baby. I feel like if I tell my doctor, she will think I'm being selfish. Did anyone else have a similar problem? What are your thoughts on breastfeeding vs. formula?

Well cooked veggies; crackers; etc. He has two bottom teeth; 8 months; sits without support, stands holding onto something, creeps, not crawling yet. He bits the spoon when I am feeding him Stage 2 foods. I tried Stage 3 last week and he just gagged.

This is a problem with the brain and fusion of the head too soon in an infant. I have a 5 month old grandaughter who has this and I would like to know what to expect if she doesn't have surgery, and if she does have, what kind of quality of life can she expect to have?

She has started teething and has never been keen on bottle feeds, preferring to be breast fed. She has maybe 10 ounces of milk a day, which is far too little. What can I do?

I don't need to know the exact amount, what I actually want to know is if we should buy a expensive, fancy one or just a standard normal one, and is a travel system better than just the pram and the car seat seperately? How often did/do you use your stroller, alot of women have told me that they rarely used theirs. I don't want to pay lots of money for something I'm barely ever going to use!

my daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 2 months. Its great but lately she's been fidgeting and constantly moving around in her crib. She kicks her feet up, pulls at her toes, scratches at her face, makes noises but never actually wakes up, opens her eyes, or cries out. I have resorted to taking her to bed with me and the moving around has lessened but not stopped totally. I am wondering if she is actually getting any quality sleep or what is the deal. Any ideas?

My 14 week old has always been a very happy baby who sleeps through the night (9pm-7pm) but has now stopped napping during the day for more than 20 minutes at a time. He acts like he's exhausted and won't eat when we try to feed him. We end up spending half an hour soothing him until he finally settles down and eats. (We feed him every 3 hours.) I just don't understand why suddenly he is so fussy and screaming in hysterics. Is he in pain? Teething at 3 months? What can I do to fix it?
