What is a good finger food for my 9 month old to have, when we're out, that's not messy?

Also what table foods can I feed her? She has two teeth and chews really well.

Thanks :-)

For minimal mess when going out, we have had great luck with cheerios. Also great are these puffs made by Gerber and Beechnut. They come in a wide variety of flavors (our 10-month old likes the sweet potato kind). All of these things dissolve easily. We also recently tried Toddler crackers by Gerber and they were a huge hit.

Gerber puffs are good and not messy. My daughter still loves them at almost 15 months. Cheerios are good too. I'm not sure about table foods. She's pretty young, you should ask your child's doctor.

Most people said cheerios or any type of small cereal would work... Mini goldfish crackers, or regular crackers graham are good too.. .They get soft when wet.. Just keep and extra shirt and bib in your diaper bag ! In case of a mess... good luck. My kids liked thawed green peas, diced up small pieces of sweet potato, mangoes, apples, zuchinni, macaroni noodles, mac and cheese, cooked and cut up carrots... Cut them about the size of your pinky nail..

When my son first started finger foods, when we'd go out, I'd bring a piece of bread and break it into small pieces.
You can slowly start adding table foods now. Small pieces of whatever fruits and veg she eats are good.

You can give your daughter to hold and try to eat a carrot while you're out with her.About table foods ask your doctor.He/she can inform you better than any of us.
