My baby loves being naked! Whenever she is fussy if I take her into the bedroom and strip her naked from the waist down and let her kick around she calms right down. She loves it. Has anyone else experienced this? Why is my little girl a nudist?

Ok, so my family has to go on an unexpected trip to seattle from Iowa it's a 6 hour flight! and I have never traveled with a baby before. My daughter is ten months old. I would like to have some suggestions on how to make this as peacefull as possible. Any suggestions on quite toys besides book's. Which I already have planned to take. and hand puppets.
Also has anyone ever used the car seat cover/carrier's that have straps on them to place it on your shoulders and the wheels to move it "easily" through the airport. should I even buy one or will it be a wast of my time and money? And what should I expect from the airlines. Are they normally pretty good with passangers and young children. I guess since that family got kicked off the flight for thier daughter crying to much a few weeks ago it has made me nervous. We will be flying alsakan airlines and no I am sorry I dont' have a choice on leaveing my daughter at home. I know some people are very against taking babys on flights. Thanks

He was born on Feb 14th this year and I noticed he had a dimple on his left cheek only. It looked weird so I was hoping there could be something I could do to help his face look balanced. Perhaps somehow removing the dimple or adding a dimple on his right cheek? Please help.

I was having to use mostly formula, even though I breastfeed all the time. I couldn't seem to get my milk supply up enough to not use formula at all. Now I have a great milk supply with the breastea. I was wondering if anyone else has had results like this?

I JUST STARTED GIVING MY 3 MONTH OLD INFANT CEREAL (RICE) I WAS WONDERING IF IT WAS TOO EARLY & SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL HIS OLDER? BEFORE I STARTED HIM ON THE CEREAL HE USED TO DRINK 4 OUNCES OF FORMULA EVERY 2 HOURS. NOW, SINCE I HAVE STARTED HIM ON THE CEREAL HE ONLY DRINKS ABOUT 4 OUNCES (W/ RICE) EVERY 4 OR 5 HOURS. NOW HE'S EATING A TOTAL OF 4 0R 5 BOTTLES EVERYDAY INSTEAD OF 7 OR 8. IS THAT A GOOD IDEA? I HAVE HEARD A LOT OF THINGS, GOOD & BAD ABOUT STARTING HIM ON CEREAL THIS YOUNG. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE COULD BE ANY LONG TERM SIDE EFFECTS LIKE CHILDHOOD OBESITY? ALSO IS A TOTAL OF 20 -24 OUNCES OF FORMULA ENOUGH PER DAY FOR A 3 MONTH OLD?

My 6 week old had a very slow start. After several weeks with lactation consultants and an occupational therapist, it has been concluded that my guy has 1) a weak suck, 2) small cheek pads, 3) a tiny chin 4) a tight ligament under his tongue.
All these combined have prevented him from brest feeding without becoming dehydrted.
I have been pumping, so that he gets breast milk even though he is bottle fed. However - it has been exhausting!
It takes him anywhere from 25 min to 45 min to eat 120mL of milk. By the time he is done that he is exhausted. I am finding the routine of feeding, playing, soothing, pumping, steralizing and worrying emotionally and physically exhausting.
Anyone out there have a similar experience or any words of advice?

he has red tiny spots on his face which are rough and raised to the touch and slightly yellowly in places, also they carry on down his neck and chest slightly, but mainly on both cheeks and ears, behind ears. His skin is so dry he must have scratched it today as hes got a tiny cut now on his face. I only use water to wash him as he has sensitive skin and i dont use any perfumed products or creams ect. Any idea what this may be?
