My baby loves being naked! Whenever she is fussy if I take her into the bedroom and strip her naked from the waist down and let her kick around she calms right down. She loves it. Has anyone else experienced this? Why is my little girl a nudist?

I'm the mother of an 8 1/2 month old nudist. She gets to go diaper-free for an hour or two every afternoon. (She gives obvious clues before she poops, so we've never had an "accident," and we just clean up her "puppy puddles.")
She's never had a hint of diaper rash, not even a tinge of redness. And crawling is SOO much more fun with a bare bottom, in her opinion.

It's very normal for babies to prefer being naked...even toddlers seem to prefer it.
Both of my children went through a major nudist phase. My 4.5 year old daughter would still prefer to be naked, but we instituted an "underwear at minimum" rule when she was nearly 4. Now, if she really wants to, she can strip down to her underwear when we are home and w/o guests.
My 17 month old son really revels in being nude. He will run away the moment we take his clothes off for a change or a bath.
It's a very cute stage, in my opinion.

My 2 year old loves to be naked. She will ask to be "naked baby" and run around the house naked. As long as she is warm, I don't mind. She throws her hands up in the air and yells "naked baby!" She has always loved to be naked and I always gave her naked time from the very start.

I am the proud mother of a wonderful almost-3-year-old nudist. My son has been happiest in his nude since he was 1. I also have a LOT of pictures of his nakedness doing his day to day stuff (riding his rocking horse, trying on his grand-aunt's shoes, hiding in his play tent). They make me laugh now and just WAIT till he's in high school - talk about ammunition to keep him in line !!! (just kidding - I would never traumatize a teenager that way - but it is funny to think about his reaction)
Enjoy it while you can because it isn't too long before they get all modest and shy.

My son loves to be naked. He is three and when ever he gets the chance he takes his clothes off. He has always been this way.

Simply because children are born nudists!
It's a pity society doesn't follow their lead, as I think the world would be a better place for it.

i'm not a mother but i am a aunt of 4 boys and two girls my nephews love being naked any chance they get they take their diaper off or their under wear maybe she jus likes not having anything on

My son is a very hot baby, He would cry if I put to many layers of clothes on him.. Just dress her in a onesis and let her sleep in that, I have to put my son in the car seat with out a snow suite. Some babies are just hot, when you put her to bed just dress in a sleeper without any blankets. ARe you sure she isn't crying and stops when you hold her... ?? Good luck. Well if it makes her happy how you are doing it, than don't stop..

heehee. I think all kids ar like that - they just love running around without clothes - I think it's just a feeling of freedom - not having any restrictive clothes. It's totally normal and she'll grow out of it as she gets used to her clothes more.

my daughter loved being naked, she is 17 months old now and she will take her pajamas off right after I put them on, its hard to keep them on her until she goes to sleep, but its funny
