Hello:
You can always try searching you search engine (Yahoo,Google, etc). All you have to do is type in,"Ideas or games for baby showers,"into your search engine, and you will be surprised as to how many different websites that you will get for this. I have helped with alot of baby showers and I have a few fun ideas for you that people just love.
Buy some small baby bottles and put either pop, juice,or even Kool-Aid in the bottle making sure that you fill the baby bottle all the way to the top, assemble the bottle putting on the collar and nipple, and then have a race to see who can finish drinking ALL of the baby bottle first.
Another fun thing to do is to have people guess the sex of the baby, the date the baby will be born, the length and weight of the baby,etc... What I did for a baby shower is that people would collect a dollar, or five dollars, or whatever amount of money that you feel comfortable donating, and then the person who guessed the closest to the baby's actual birthdate, got the money. The person who won the money could either choose to go out and get something nice for the baby,or they could choose to keep the money if they chose to do so,that was okay too. It is really funny to have people guess whether the baby will be a boy or a girl and to estimate when they think the baby will be born and how much it will weigh.
Another fun thing to do is to have different jars of baby food with the labels taken off,and then have a taste test to see if people know what kind of baby food it is. It is also fun to have the fathers participate in this one too, because it is so funny to see their faces crinkle up with disgust when they are trying to figure out what the different flavors of baby food that there is. The host or someone else will have the answers written down, and the person who guesses the most flavors that are correct, wins a prize.
My favorite thing to do is to make or buy a small wishing well (Don't fill it with water),and have your guests make a wish for the baby and parents and put the change in the wishing well. We have decorated the wishing well for the prospective parents and baby if we know if the baby will be a boy or a girl. If not, than later on after the baby is born, and we know if it is a boy or girl, then we decorate it accordingly. We will put a little saying on the front of the wishing well something like: "Mommy and Daddy were wishing on a star for a baby, and our wish came true." Welcome to the world (Insert Baby's Name) Born on (Insert Baby's Birthdate),(All the rest of the statistics weight, name of the doctor, length, name of parents, etc.) People JUST LOVE this idea because it is a keepsake that the parents can give to their children, and this can be passed down from one generation to the next!
Yellow Rubber Duckies could be put either in a punch bowl filled with Blue Kool-Aid,or in a long plastic container filled with Blue Kool-Aid,and on the bottom of the rubber duckies put a number on them 1-10 or however many people that you are inviting to the party. Let the mother to be, go first, and then the guests next, and whatever number they have on the bottom of their little yellow duckie,is the prize that they get. Have prizes numbered 1-10 or how ever many guests you plan on having, and the fun part is that the gifts can be something nice like a trip to the beauty salon, some gift certificates to a restaurant,FREE babysitting,or whatever you think would make an excellent gift for your mother to be and her guests.
It is also fun to have people draw what they think the baby will look like on a piece of paper with markers, and then have them sign and date the paper for the mother and father. This way when the baby gets older, they can see what people thought they would look like when they were a baby.
I hope that some of these ideas have helped you come up with some really good ideas, and please let us know how everything goes for you!! (((Hugs)))) ;-)

Girth game: Have everyone cut a piece of yarn at the length they think will come closest to going around the mother to be. Be sure to ask mother to be if this is ok, cause some women get offended. The person that guesses the correct length of yarn is winner. Many laughs on this game.
Dirty Diaper: Take napkins and fold in half like a triangle, then middle up and two sides together then pin with small pins. Fill with mints. Put a little mustard on top of one diaper of mints then cover with other mints, so no one can see the mustard (dirty diaper). Everyone gets a diaper filled with mints, but, only one person gets a dirty diaper.
Clothes Pin game: Everyone gets a clothers pin. You'll have to set an ending time period. Anytime another person catches them saying baby they say You said that word and get one of their clothes pins. If your out of clothes pins you are out of the game. The person with most clothes pins at the ending period is the winner.

Hey, my cousin was thrown a shower and they had some really fun games. They had one where you had to put candy bars in a diaper and mush them up to look like baby poo and you would sniff & look to see what kind of candy bar this was. There was another game to guess what kind of baby food was on something too. I can't remember what they put it on but alot of people guessed correctly, I couldn't figure out anything really, but the peas and the carrots. I don't know try doing a search online for baby shower games, there are some cool thing out there.

Funnest game I ever played at a Baby shower was the cotton ball game. Toss 10-15 cotton balls on the floor. Give the player a big bowl and a wooden spoon. Blind fold them and have them get as many cotton balls as they can into the bowl, within a couple of minutes. Winner gets a prize. Another one was to try to guess how many squares of toilet paper around the new mom to be is. Everyone takes a guess.
