The baby (and you) put on the most weight during the third trimester, so while you've only gained 9lbs so far you may still hit that normal 25 by the end of your pregnancy.

Don't worry about your weight, just worry about if your baby is at a good size for his/her month. I was very small and had a little belly all throughout my pregnancy and I ended up having a 9lb baby. Good thing is, you will go right back to the size you were at before pregnacy.. Good luck, just make sure your eating, and ask the doctor. You will also gain the most in the last couple of monthes.. I did pop out around my 8 and 9th month

I know what you are going through. With my pregnancy I actually lost 30 pounds and didnt pack on much of a belly. It was strange. Sometimes I didnt even feel pregnant. I even had to get an ultrasound done to check the baby's weight. It all turned out fine and my daughter was born on 12-14-06 weighing 7lbs 2 oz. So dont worry you're not alone.

Sounds right, you are a very petite woman. During my last 3 pregnancies, I only gained 15 pounds.

You were tiny before, so I wouldn't worry too much. Believe me when you hit that 8th month you won't be this worried lol. If you are concerned ask your doc. I think you are fine as long as your aren't losing to much, which your not. Good luck hun.
