ok, i am 8 months pregnant, and i am going to be moving out of my boyfriends house, soon, and i want to get full custody. i will be 18 when i have her, and he is 19. now, i need to know if you think i can get full custody, or any information you know. he has to go to jail in about a month, and he will serve 2 weeks, for stealing a car, and he will be on probation for 2 years. does this help my chances? how am i gonna be able to get full custody, and only let him have visitation, until he gets his own place. he is staying at his moms, and she does some mean stuff, and hurts her grandchildren and blames it on the parents, cuz she wants custody. so, i need any help i can get....thank you!

my dad is one of the strictist people ever...my mim was murdered in Fl and i hadnt seen or heeard from my dad in 10 yrs.....they MADE me *** and live with him.. and he is really strict about things...he has his times where hes ok...but all he can do is yell at me even over little things...i have been here almost 3yrs..he has fornidden me from talking to my older sister and niece in Az, and i also get grounded for the littlest things,,,,,and for a long time...right now im grounded for a month beacause i didnt ask to eat a cracker that i bought at school!!!!!! he thinks i took it from his stuff from work in his closet! someone help me i have NEVER sat down an talked with him for i fear him WAY too much!!! i am almost 15 and im not a virgin anymore but i cant talk to him about it..only my 18yr old sister....but he always finds out what we talk about ....she knows.but how do i deal with my really strict father yelling and groumding me ALL the time__!!__!!__!!

2nd.......unespextidly a limo shows up and drives us to the mall...we shop for awhile and maybe go to the movies..

My daughter is a very bright and mature 15yr old that is an honor roll student. She has been "going" with a 16 yr old boy that is a junior in High school and she is only 9th grade. I do not allow her to go on dates and the only place they "go" is school activities, church and hanging out with us parents supervised. The boy gave up his partying to be my daughter BF(Oh and he's a preacher son) but he seems to be on the right track for the 6 months that they have been together.I know he is still a hormonal boy! My daughter and I have talked about saving herself-she assures me she is.
They, and the boys parents, both know how I feel about drugs, sex and alcohol. My daughter has assured me she isn't wanting to pertake in these activities -BUT we all know what the PROM is all about. What should I do? Let her go and Set rules, guide lines and trust them-Or say sorry your just not old enough and and hope "MY" daughter will never do these things and set myself up for a rebelious teen.

It sounds like a really wierd topic, and not one i have any experience of. But ive heard enough about it. It seems to me that a lot of parents would get annoyed and shout if their daughter got pregnant really young. To me it just seems really sad- the time they need their parents the most all the parents do is shout. Also does anyone think its slightly unfair that boys don't have any stigma attached if they get a girl pregnant at a young age but a girl automatically becomes a ****. Anyone got pregnant young? what would you do if your daughter got pregnant young?

Im 14 years old and im having a baby i am 6 months pregnant and i really need advice. I just found out 4 days ago so this means for this whole 6 months i thought i was just fat. But dont call me stupied because 6 months ago i went to my mom to tell her i might be pregnant and so she took me to go get me a pregnacy test at the planned parenthood center and we took a test and it said negative. So then she put me one the birh control shot. And when your on birth control you dont get your period so i was herer thinking i cant get my period so i didnt get it but i had the sythoms and i thought they were normal then i broke up with the guy cause he went for another girl. So i was dating other guys then i dated this guy for about 4 months and so we had unprotected sex cause i was on birth control i told him i thought i was pregnant so we took 2 test they said positive so i waited a month to tell my mom cause and i wenty to the doctor and i was 6 months pregnant. Is my baby going to be healthy

I have a snow day today and I am done with all of my homework, there is nothing to do!!! It is in the 20's right now and the roads are like grease so we can not drive and I need some creative projects to keep me occupied. After my husband locked him in the closet he told me (the kid) that he has been getting the same treatment since he was seven. I didn't believe him, cussed him out and told my husband... then realized it was true and divorced my husband, pressing charges. The only problem is, my son ran away, and all the police are willnig to do is file a police report because he's 17. I've called all his favorite places and done just about everything I can. I'm 15, for 2 years I've hardly taked with my parents. That time I messed up, did some bad stuff like drinking and coming home late. Bad crowds. I ended up getting a harsh punishment and my dad even spanked me. I was wrong but they couldn't do that, they didn't act like parents, so I stopped loving them and nothing has changed so far. Today I don't do stupid things, have a good head, I'm an excellent student, even take part in volunteering activities. They tried to make up w/ me and even say they are proud of me, but I have my principles and refused. Now they are getting really exasperated, can1't acept this situation. So far they haven't taken revenges on me, though I'm cold and avoid them, they diodn't take anything away, I have the same life I'd have if my reçlationship with them was good. And this is fair, cause I don't get in troubles and don't do anything wrong. But I'm afraid they can decide to make my life miserable to force me to change. This would be a real revenge.

I think that birth control pills have to be prescribed by a doctor, but I don't want to use my parent's health insurance because I'd feel uncomfortable with them knowing that I'm on the pill. Condoms are horrible and I can't stand using them anymore. How do I get the pill?

i mean i am a teen and many of my friends are doing this every other day. why? i mean i think it is nasty so young. but why do people go on about it. i know they think they are all HOT SHOTS but still why do they have to go this far. even at high school parties this goes on. parties are supposed to fun and hanging out not drugs and sex. yes another thing is drugs. we do teens think they are cool from drugs. is it because they dont have no one to guide them, show them from right or wrong. well i was in class and i droped a paper and i picked it up then i saw a note uner the carpet. i read the note and it was making fun of this frind of mine (girl) and now i dont know wat to do (it was mking fun of the girl and her bf) and the note is by 2 other girls and one of them i like.

should i show it to my friend and then she gets mad.

I turned 13 and i am sort of stuck. I dont know anything about Girls, School Dances, First Kisses. I do really well at school but its boring me to death and I have exams In two weeks. There are these boys in class that call me gay just because I dont talk to girls a lot (Its an Out of place situation since I go to an all-boys school). I have a 12 year old step-daughter who recently started talking to herself. The other day she was talking to someone named "Tasha." We have been having some conflict with her (step-daughter, not Tasha!) since she came back from living with her dad for a year. My 16yr old son is a busy boy. He works till 6, comes home and doesn't want dinner, then goes out till curfew, then comes home and thinks he can eat. I think he should stay home at least 2 nights a week (to hang with the fam and his lil bro). So is this to much to ask? My hubby thinks I should just let him go and be a teenager.

I am a mom of7 and I am the first to admit I am quite strict but I love my kids and I am this way to protect them.As we have three kids under the age of five and a 12&14yr old my husband and I believe it is best to have a password on the entire computer and to have the kids ask permission to use it. This is mainly for my5yr old who gets into everything and anything.However only myself&my husband know the password.We told our14yr old before&he ended up telling his sister,leaving it on&generally being careless,so now only we know it.The other evening when my 14yr old had finished his homework he wanted to go online.I was out&my husband was on the phone so he asked him to wait5mis,the phone conversation went on longer then expected&my son kept interrupting.After20mins of waiting he through a tantrum BABY STYLE screaming and shouting the he was too old for this s*it blah blah blah.My husband spanked him and sent him to bed,he has been going to bed@7w/the baby since but he does not realise
