My fiance's sister in law and I were pregnant at the same time both us had girls. My daughter is 1 month and 10 days older than her baby. We both breastfed our babies. Her baby died yesterday she had fallen asleep while breastfeeding and she is hearing impaired it was a complete accident. I am unsure if i should take my baby to the funeral with me or if i should pump and find a babisitter. Also what words would help comfort her i have never known anyone who went through this and i would really like to help comfort her.

Okay, so the other night, my son was using the word "sex" in a sentence (my boys are turning 10 x-mas eve) so I thought I would sit them both down and have a little talk about it. Is this too young? My folks never talked to me about it, but I am sure I should tell them about it. My husband and I were both involved in the talk.... But how much info is too much info????? please advise.

If I can just get that through to one person I'd be happy. The pull-out method does NOT prevent pregnancy. Are you surprised about how many people think that pulling out prevents pregnancy?

My newly adopted daughter has had a few new things pop up in her room. T-shirts that aren't hers, some cheaper looking MP3 player thing - hers is taken away due to behavior, belts, rings, CD's etc.... I notice these things when I go in and lay clothes on her bed. I have even found a few things of mine. She always has some excuse. We adopted from foster care and privacy is a big thing with her. She has never minded me being in her room and has never tried to hide anything, but I am feeling the need to start taking closer looks to see what more things are popping up. I fear she may be taking things from friends at school, and that bothers me. I want her to make friends and not enemies. Whould it be an envasion of her privacy if just went in and went through everything? Thanks!

I have a small red bump on the lip of my vagina. I just noticed it yesterday. I am 11 weeks pregnant. I think it may be a Bartholin's Gland Cyst. Has any other women whose been pregnant gotten one of these? I've never had any problems "down there" and thought it was strange this just popped up while I'm pregnant. Please let me know. Thanks.

We love nature type names, and I have a weird thing about no one-syllable first names, last name would be Smith.

My son is 3.5 and is have a really rough time falling asleep on his own. I typically lay in his bed with him until he's just at the point of sleep and then kiss him good night and leave before he actually falls asleep. However, since the Thanksgiving holiday, he's been unable to do this. The second I begin to get up from the bed, he begins to panic and cry, begging me not to leave.

If I do get up and leave, he becomes semi-hysterical. Closing the door and holding it shut only leads to enrage him to the point where he is banging on the door with both fists, screaming, and waking my daughter across the hall. Going back in and lying down with him causes all the tears to go away almost instantly. I have tried reasoning, bribing him with rewards, and sitting on a chair instead of the bed. None of these work. He won't sleep unless I'm in the bed with him and then the instant I leave, no matter the time of night and how deeply he's asleep, he pops up and the panic begins again.

i mean if the baby needs feeding the mother has to feed him or her, its the most natural thing in the world, its not like shes showing it on purpose that to prove a point or doing indecent exposure, what would you rather have, a crying baby in the middle of the street or in a caffee who is hungary or letting her breat feed it

this is mostly aimed at older women who are offended by the breast feeding.

its not like shes posing, give these people a break

P.S. The 5 year old girl loves horses!
