I'm 13, c cup. I have some shirts and tank tops that don't show my nipples, but mom says I have to wear a bra anyway. Is she right?

Yes, your mother is right. You need support so when you are older your breasts aren't saggy. Plus, bras offer support for you back too. Even though the shirts may not show your nipples, what happens if you get a chill or there's a fire alarm at school and you have to go out without a coat. We all know what happens when we get cold. Go bra shopping and get properly sized so you can find some cute bras that offer support and are comfy.

I have always had a larger chest and I hated wearing bras when I was younger, but I really regret not getting a good bra and wearing it now because, it is killer on your back. With a C cup you really can't even wear the built in bras, you need the support believe me you will be happy you did when you are older. Good Luck!

Ya you do need to wear a bra if your a 'C' cup I'm seventeen and I'm only a 'B' cup and I always wear a bra no matter what kind of shirt I'm wearing...if you don't that's just gross and totally wrong I would advise you wear a bra or risk being called something that no one would want to be called unless they work on the corner.

Wearing a bra will make you feel more comfortable in the long run. Wearing a bra is also benefitial for sagging as they stop bouncing of the breast by up to 50%. This might not mean much to you now but it will in the future!

Yes, bras are necessary!!!
Shake, jiggle, and roll!!! Nipples or not, you need to wear a bra - especially with a C cup!!

You need to wear a bra in the day, but at night it is totally fine to take it off.

Wear the bra. Have a little mercy on the middle-school boys around you. Believe me, they know when you're not wearing one, and they don't need the distraction.

Yes. It helps support your growing breasts and if you don't wear a bra at all then your breasts will show through your clothing and they will get all saggy when your older.

Absolutely. Especially since you're a C cup. It helps support them, it doesn't matter if you can see your nipples or not.
