Its totally and completely normal.

She just spent 40 weeks floating in fluid, and beyond that, her sinuses and lungs are under developed.

Babies spend the first few months of life clearing their sinuses, by sneezing, and they make gurggly raspy breathing noises.

For the first 3 years of life their sinuses are under developed as well, so they continue to make noises when breathing or sleeping.

It is normal.

My 3 month olld daughter did and still does that it is normal nothing to worry about her the baby's lungs are just adjusting to life outside the womb. As for the sounds again my daughter did and still does make noises whenever she breathes occasionally and all i do is use her bulb syringe to check and see if her airways both mouth and nose are clear and that usually helps and eases my nerves and the noises

With the sneezing it is because babies have very small nostrils, and it doesn't take much to accumulate dust, which causes the sneezing.
