You wont die. If the baby is in the tubes they remove it, you'd be in pain a while, noticeable pain, before your tube ruptured. You'd be about 8-10 weeks before you started feeling pain.

Its totally normal for a tubal ring to fail shortly after getting it. In fact they encourage you to use protection for the first couple months. Rings rely on scar tissue to be fully effective (if I understand right) and that takes a little time to build up.

You're not going to die. Youre probably going to be a mom, but you're not going to die of it.

I don't think your going to die if it is in your tubes it is treated with an injection of methotrexate, which dissolves the fertilized egg and allows your body to reabsorb it.
it also looks like you will have to go back in and have the tubes done again :(

methotrexate works by causing the uterus to clamp down and expell the pregnancy. so it only works if it is in the uterus, not tubes. if the fertilized egg is in the tube and the tube's blocked, they will have to do surgery to remove it. it is similar to the surgery to remove your appendix. you do need to go see your doctor asap though. if the pregnancy is in the tubes and you let it go too long your tube may rupture and you could bleed to death.
