Hi - I am having a baby boy soon and still not decided on names. My 3 year old has named him Daniel, and my husband likes it too. I am undecided. I also like Riley, Aidan, Jack, Cooper, Alex and Jay. Do you like any of these or have any other suggestions for me?

We're either going with Gabriella, Gabrielle, or Brielle.

We want to be able to call her Brielle. I like Gabriella because we can call her Ella, too, but hubby thinks it's a mouthful. Gabrielle is classy and simple... and Brielle is cute, but I don't know if it's TOO cute.

Did/Do you find yourself craving anything unusual? What is/was your most common craving? Most unusual?

For me it's Taco Bell as the most common.
And the most unusual happened in the beginning of my pregnancy and I found myself craving dill pickles dipped in butterscotch pudding all the time.

I have a 5 yr old son who kills every living thing he touches... We know he has something against dogs, we don't know what or why, but other animals he seems to have a distaste for as well. I just read a question about breastfeeding where several answerers mentioned just giving babies colostrum and then calling it "good enough".

What?? Where in the world are these women hearing that that helps their baby?

Yes, of course- colostrum is liquid gold. But so is breastmilk, especially in comparison to formula.

Is it miseducation? Are these women lying to themselves to help with guilt? If it were just one answer, I would write it off as a misguided attempt to do right- but several mentions of it really has me baffled. I really would like to know where that bogus claim originated.

My middle son (just turned 12) is very white. I want to give him a tan? I would NEVER bring him to a tanning salon, however is there anything I can do, any sunless tanners/lotions or anything?

If a boy got his girlfriend pregnant, then the boy wanted to keep the baby but she wanted to get an abortion??? Thats totally unfair right?? And he even said told the girl all she had to do is deliver the baby, then he would take it and get full custody, and be a single dad, and everything. Like she never ever had to see the baby again? Not trying to offend anyone here but does anyone else find it weird that so many people want suggestions about baby names... to me, a name is such a personal thing and I just can't imagine when my child asks "why did you choose my name... who was a named after?" answring with.... "oh, just a bunch of strangers on an internet forum.
Like I said, not wanting to offend anyone. I can sorta understand people putting the name they want to go with just to see what people think but coming straight out with ... "help, I need a name for my baby.. what should I call him?" is just a bit wierd to me.
Anyone else feel the same or am I totally alone on this one?

I'm not going into detail. I have done that elsewhere. I also will have to hold on to this gift until we are reunited far down the line.

im really really disappointed in her. i thought i had told her numerous times to respect herself! we've talked plenty about sex, etc., but i guess that had no effect on her.i over heard her telling her friend about and i quote"it felt so good"....i just wanted to throw up! i asked her why she wanted to do that and she said i don't want to talk about it. i said well i do cuz i don't want you going around getting diseases and havng guys think your too easy. she said its too awkward. i said well, we've had plenty of awkward conversations before, one more want hurt! she said its not that big of deal, and that she doesn't plan to go any further than that, that she was just experimenting. i don't know who the guy was, cuz she hangs out with several different guys in the neighboorhood. i told her i don't feel like i can trust you anymore. and then she kind of started crying, which i have no sympathy for. i haven't told her dad yet, cuz he's out of town. how should i punish her?
