Hi - I am having a baby boy soon and still not decided on names. My 3 year old has named him Daniel, and my husband likes it too. I am undecided. I also like Riley, Aidan, Jack, Cooper, Alex and Jay. Do you like any of these or have any other suggestions for me?

you have picked some great names, but if your first child and husband like Daniel, then that's the one you should go for!
As a child, I remember helping to pick my sister's name. (Coincidentally I picked Danielle) and this made me feel a big part of the new baby's life. It really made me love my little sister and feel important, which is important when you're introducing a new little one to the family. I have done the same for my first born, let him pick the second born's name from a list I made-- I really think it's a great way to reduce sibling rivalry.
If you really want to pick another name, the ones from your list that I like the most are Cooper, Alex and Jack. Riley and Aidan are too trendy and will sound dated in 20 years, and Jay just isn't as attractive as the three I picked.
What about Daniel Alexander, Daniel Cooper or Daniel Jay? That would combine a choice of yours with one the boys in your llife love!

Daniel is cute (Danni for short is cute-but dont like Dan). Its a strong, classic name but not unique. I like Riley, Jack, Cooper and Alex. I also like Alexander (Alex or Xander), Jackson (Jack), Connor, Carter, Parker, Hunter, Rylan, Ryder, Ryan, Jacob, Jake, Cody, Maxwell (Max). I would suggest Alexander and Alex for short or Jackson and Jack for short. Hope this helps!

My son's name is Riley and I've just had a baby girl and named her Madeleine (Maddie), I was trying to persuade my hubby to call her Flynn if she'd been a boy. I also like Cooper and Jack. Good luck!

whatever you end up naming him you will still have a 3 year old calling him Daniel so why not choose a middle name to go with the popular vote of Daniel.
