I stopped taking the pill the same day I had sex. After a day or two I experienced some light bleeding. Could it still be possible to be pregnaunt or should I not be getting my hopes up.

can they save a baby during a miscarriage?!?!?!? like if you were bleeding all day and you took a pregnacy test and it was positive and you were having a miscarriage right now would they be able to save the baby??? my mom just went to the hospital becasue she is having a miscarriage. she has been trying to have a baby for 6 years or so and she just found out today that she is pregnant and having a miscariage. please help

My daddy says he is going to be traveling for work this fall, but the problem is it is to the Middle East because he works for an oil company. My daddy has made it EXTREMELY clear that I will not be allowed to stay at home alone, and my brother is going off to college. So he says I can stay with another family or we can find a boarding school. We don't have any relatives around here that I can stay with. Now when I stayed with best friend's family last Fall, things did not go well, and I am putting that MILDLY, with the crux of the problem being that there was a perception amongst this family that I was acting like I was EXTREMELY spoiled, with the end result being that my friend's mother banned her from associating with me for a few months. Her mother is willing to give me a second chance, but they are a little too strict for my taste. Daddy has told me to choose...stay with them, find another friend's family which may be HARD or go to boarding school. What should I do?

My son's 6 months tomorrow and can't sit up by himself yet. I'll put him in a sitting position but he just falls forward like he's folded in half and then starts crying. He also doesn't push up and down with his arms like you see babys doing on their bellies like a push up. He just rests his weight on his forearms. He can lift his head really well and roll from back to front really easily. Should I be worried?????

I just ovulated and I was wondering if I did indeed catch the egg and am pregnant would I still have cervical mucus? I have some white mucus and some watery and I was wondering if that meant I didn't get pregnant or if that isn't any indication either way. If so I would only be like a couple days pregnant. So I was hoping because I am having this cervical mucus that this doesn't mean I am for sure not pregnant!! Please help!!!

I feel so bad for this family.....their 5month old son Kelab has SBS "SHAKEN BABY SYNDROME", they thought they can trust a babysitter but it was a very bad tragic on 5/9/07.....please help and pray for this lil inocent child and his parents! what should they do to that horrible person that harm baby KELAB? if u have know idea what I am talking about...please fll free to check out the slide that one of their friends did for them....

I am measuring about 4 weeks ahead of where I should be (I'm 5 weeks, but measuring 8 or 9) I just found out today. I haven't been terribly sick (was with #1), extreme fatigue and moodiness, a little nausea, but nothing unbearable. I'm just wondering how common this is and if this has happened with anyone who's had multiples or a molar pregnancy. If so, could you please share your experience? Also, I tested positive at only 21 days. I was charting, and am quite regular (1st child was born almost exactly on due date), there's no way my dates are off. Just looking for advice or experience. Thanks

My husband and I have been ttc for about 2 months now, and now this month after having sex every two days before ovulation and on the day I believe to be when I ovulated, I am feeling crampy. I am not supposed to get my period until around the 29th or so of this month, and I don't recall a time before now that I have cramped like this before getting my period. Could it possibly be implantation cramping? I hate getting my hopes up just to get my period, but I have never felt like this before and wanted to see if anyone had any ideas since it is too soon to take a pregnancy test. Does anyone have any feedback on what this might be? Its been going on since i got up at 4 am and it is now 7 pm.. im very anxious and i wanted to see if anyone had any similar stuff going on before they found out they were pregnant. Any advice or knowledge would be appreciated! Thank you!

I have had problems with my lower back since age 14 ( i am now 33) - back then the doctor diagnosed a muscular sprain. Occasionally i have mild problems with pain, but occasionally i experience an episode so bad that i need prescription anti-inflammetries and ibuprofen which work very well . I have a toddler to look after but i can barely walk, and i cant really leave the house, too painful.

Unfortunately i cant take those now because i am pregnant. I have tried paracetemol, it didnt work.

I have 3 questions:

1) Has anyone suffered similar problems - i.e. severe back pain in pregnancy? What did your doctor prescribe if anything?

2) Can anyone recommend any non-medical treatment for my condition? Massages are a bit tricky because of the huge bump.

3) DO you think it will last my whole pregnancy or do such things usually go away bu themselves eventually (please say yes!!)

I've Been Trying To Get Pregnant For 7 Months Now. I am a 14 year old girl and I have done everything to find babysitting jobs. I have handed out flyers, put up flyers on bulletin boards, put my number in babysitting directory at church, signed up on babysitting websites...still no calls. I know this day in age people don't trust people to babysit their children, if they don't know you. But you would think I would get at least a couple of calls. What am I doing wrong?
