Elmo TMX. I hate that stupid thing so much!! It "lost" it's batteries a few months ago. They just play with it over and over and over! It's cute the first ten times in a row and then you just want to back over it with your car!

How about a harmonic or megaphone? Maybe a firetruck or police car with sirens? A bongo drum for kids or kid's guitar? A Big Wheel (most irritating). There are hundreds of annoying gifts. And don't forget to put a whistle on the bow! Have fun!

A toy drum set - musical instrument - anything which makes lots of noise. My sister and I did that with each other's kids - the most noisy gifts that would drive the parents nuts.

One of those 'musical' clanging, banging type. Just plain noisy and annoying! Even toys with lots of pieces can be annoying just to have to clean up all the time. Playdoh on the side, that can get crushed into carpet and stuck in grooves of the table, etc. ;-)

Anything that makes noise. Inexpensive drum idea is the drum sticks that make drum noises just by striking air-- that way they're portable and jr can take them EVERYWHERE! And A huge lego kit.... the teeny tiny ones. They make there way all over the house plus they hurt like hell when you step on them! Haha good luck.

For example, the seseme street giggle medical kit which is only 15.97 at wal-mart. Or, fisher price fun to learn lap top for only 29.97 at wal-mart.

A large box of stickers, finger paint, coloring book with unwashable markers. Just make sure child does not open at your home. My child was given such a gift and I am still annoyed at the giver!

Anything that's loud or very messy but be careful it's usually the mom that gets annoyed.

Sesame street has a musical guitar that's cool but also quite annoying or here's a link to toys-r-us where you can get the annoying biker frog that sings. http://www.toysrus.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=annoying%20toys&origkw=annoying%20toys&f=Taxonomy/TRUS/2254197&sr=1
