ok this is crazy but with my first pregnancy I was in denial so I never took an at home test I went in to the doctor so I could prove I was not preg. well I was and I swear the very next day I woke up throwing up never really got the headaches or much else just vomited everyday from 6 - 12 weeks so I wonder if that was pschological!!! This time I was only a few weeks pregnant and allready had a ton of symptoms I swear everyone you can name even bleeding gums I just knew I was pregnant I was testing too early and I finally felt sooooo relieved when got a positive test!!!!! So to answer you're question I guess you could feel different at 2 weeks but you may not!! I hope motherhood is as joyful for you as it has been for me!!

It's incredibly different for each individual but I would say that it is very unlikely that you would have any symptoms of pregnancy if you are only two weeks along.
I found out i was pregnant at 6 weeks but I "knew" from about 4 weeks and told my husband that I was. I had tiredness, sore boobs and a nausea during most days for the two weeks before my positive test and these are still the same now that i'm 8 weeks.
Hope that this helps

My first pregnancy was when I was 18 (now 41). Almost immediatly my boobs were sore and I had to pee all the time. I was scared as hell. I was in total denial. When I found the test was positive I freaked!!! With my 2nd one, I was older and married, no physical symptoms at all. I was really just hoping so when I saw it was positive I was thrilled. Years later, again no physical symptoms, just late. I worked nights and took the test at work. I already had an 11 yr old and a 5 yr old. My marriage was not going well so I was really scared. When I saw positive, I was not happy. But it all worked out, we had a son. That was 11 yrs ago and we are still together and stronger than ever. I'm sorry, I was rambling and not even sure I answered your question LOL. Ignore me!!

I was 4 weeks when I found out and that was really early! Two weeks, I'm not so sure. I was actually feeling ill, but I thought it was sinus and/or allergies and kept taking allergy medicine. I had a new boyfriend and was just a little late when I took my pregnancy test. Before that, in my history, I had taken a few pregnancy tests that always came up negative. So when this one was positive I was in shock. I cried and thought it was horrible (I was 22). Turned out to be the absolutely best thing ever! I wouldn't trade it for the world and it probably saved me from going down the wrong path. Sorry for the narrative.

I didn't really feel any different physically after finding out... I found out when I was only 5 weeks, but I had thought something was wrong with me for over a month because I was always tired and my boobs were growing out of control.
I guess in the back of my mind, I did know something was up only a couple weeks after I conceived, but I didn't think I was really, as I'm only 18 and am still in college.
So, I guess its possible to tell that early if you're really in tune with your body and know that you have a possibility of being pregnant. A blood test might show positive... my cousin found out when she was 2 weeks pregnant.
Good luck. I hope everything works out for the best =)

I took a test 8 days before my period was due and got a very faint positive. I was surprised because we got pregnant the first time we tried. My symptoms started about 5 days after I missed my period.

I didn't feel any different. My sister called to tell me she was pregnant and I realized I was about 2 weeks late (so 1 month pregant). I didn't start feeling the symptoms until I was about 2 months pregnant

I didn't feel much different. Just had what I thought were the typical PMS symtoms. I took a HPT because my period was late and it was postive. I was about 6wks pregnant then.
