My 2 mo. old is still startling himself out of sleep every couple of minutes. I thought this would start to disappear around 2 mo.

I am 36 wks pregnant and I have been cramping all day today, but it hasnt increased. I lost some more mucous today, and after that is when the cramps started. I am also having a lot of pelvic pressure. I feel like the baby is right there and about to fall out. It kind of has a burning twisting feeling to it. I dont know if its labor or not. I am just cramping, but I cant feel my uterus tighten up when I place my hand on it. I have also been having a dull low back pain since yesterday.

I took a pregnancy test that was positive and then two days later started what i thought was my period. It is not like all of my other periods though. As far as color it is normal but it is lighter than normal. I have taken another test since the positive one and the second line is just barely visible more like a not pregnant. could I still be pregnant?

I am 6 months pregnat and just want this kid out of me. She kicks so much and moves so much that its incredibly painful. For the past week or two when I go to bed (around 10 pm) my husband is putting his hands on my belly. What the heck is he doing? He hasnt done this before, what is he doing?

My dr. told me to wait until 6 months to feed my baby solids. But some people have told me that is too early. Is this true?? I thought the American Association of Pediatrics said that 6 months was ok? I just posted a question regarding solids and another person said that 6 months was too early to start feeding solids.

well first off let me say this im 15 and my bfs 17 and by the time the vacation comes around we will have been together for more than 13 months.

my boyfriends parents invited me to go on there yearly vacation to Myrtle Beach. Every year their family rents out a condo to share (so its not like we'd be alone). But how can i get my parents to let me go

My son started 7th grade, in Australia that high school, we discussed what was expected of him. We extended his bed time by an hour and gave him 1 hour of tv in the evening and set aside 1 hour for his homework. The school gave him a diary to keep his homework assignments in. In the 3 weeks since school started he has only completed a few things, either not writing them down or just lyeing about what is expected. I started by grounding him from the tv. Then toys. Then everything but books. So he started getting into things like my purfume just to make me angry I think. And today, Sunday, when I asked to see his weekend home work he had not finished it. He has nothing in his room, what could he be doing. When we packed his toys up I did not see is Gameboy and with homework not done I asked again he told me that it was packed. I told him I was going to go through all the boxes and if he was lyeing I would spank him, something I dont do, he admitted it was I his bed. So what do I do?

I have only been a member of Yahoo Answers for about 8 months, but I have noticed how many people take parenting choices that other parents make, and determine that those choices make them a bad parent. This is something I have never come across, until I came upon Y!A. I have had other parents call me a bad mom or stepmom simply because they don't happen to agree with me on certain things. I have also seen it said to other parents. A parent says they spank their kid: their a bad parent. They leave their kid in daycare: their a bad parent. They don't get along with their stepkids: its their fault and their a bad parent. Where is it said that just because another parent doesn't share your views on parenting, that they bad parents? Or that you are better than them? There are 1000's of different views on parenting, and just because someones are not the same as yours, doesn't make them a bad parent, it simply means they don't share your views. Why do some parents think they are experts?
