I am planning a combo 2yr old and 3 yr old birthday party for my lil ones. Any suggestions on games? It will be a weekend in July. So summer game ideas please.

I think at that age it's hard to hold their attention for very long. But I guess as long as you have a big ole' bag filled with prizes you can turn any activity into a game. LOL

Not sure if you have enough room for this but a couple baby pools set up would be fun for them especially in July if it's hot where you live.

Music is great for that age group. If you could hire a music person that would be even better.
If not just have an adult leading them in sing alongs and have some plastic musical instruments they can use. Freezing (the statue game) when music turns off, Hockey pokey, Pass the water balloon, Blowing bubbles the highest while the music is playing.

it might be easier to come up w/ games if you have a theme to go with. Bug theme parties can be fun. Pin the spider on the web, going on a bug hunt. You can hide gummy worms or plastic bugs in the yard and they have to find them. Having cocoon wrapping contests using toilet paper. some crafts like coloring in butterflies, ladybugs, and bumble bee pictures or cut outs, or using pladough.

Have fun planning:)

Maybe give it a theme. Maybe pirates or dinosaurs or fairies. It depends what they like to play with and base it around that. If they like different things make a combonation. For pirates and dinosaurs pirate dinosaurs. Also set up simple games which young ones will have fun and don't need to understand very much. Like treasure hunts or even just have picnic outside with balls and swings for them to play on. Hope I helped, and happy birthday to your children.

if its' for a girl : (have a sprinkler party for them to run in the sprinkler) and have a "Beach Party Theme"

For Boy: have a treasure hunt, or some type of SPY hunt game and hide two gold prizes for them to search and find but for their ages be sure all the kids end up going home with something ;)

water games are always fun. maybe a small sprinkler and some water balloons. depending on their gender you can have a themed party, mermaids for girls and pirates for boys! You can always put the food and presents and cake inside andteh activies outside if you have a small yard.

Here's a wild Idea...

if you live where there's snow in winter...go outside and make snowballs and put them in your freezer... then have a paper bulls eye target and let the kids try to hit it...a wonderfully cool thing in July..
I did this as a kid but threw the snowballs at water skiers passing by on the lake...oooh were they surprised!!!!

Kids LOVE the inflatable bouncers. We had one at our family reunion and the kids played in it for HOURS!
