What are some early labor signs? Even before contractions start, somethings to look for. Thanks

For me it was a feeling of needing to do a poo. But nothing actually happening.
So if you find yourself going to the toilet every 5 minutes with no results then labour is immanent

Usually you will have what they call a show. This is when the plug blocking the cervix neck comes away when the cervix is in the first stages of dilating. It will apear like a small gush of watery blood.

dull aches above the pelvis or back...lose of mucus plug!..(looks as it sounds) and a little pressure!...
