My son has littel red dots from his waist up. It's not chicken spots i think its a rash or something. I gave him a bath and they are lighter i also put lotion on him

My daughter is 2 weeks old... we got a ton of disposables for the shower and are still using them but I'd like to use cloth (at least partially) now that we are getting settled. My criteria for the best cloth diaper is performance equivalent to a disposable; so far Pampers Swaddlers have been far better then Huggies for us and we haven't tried anything else yet. I want the leak protection and ease of use of the Pampers. I am guesing that most cloth "systems" are cheaper then disposable in the long run so money is of little concern. Any suggestions?

I bought my son some clothes (he's 2) and the zippers on the sweaters keep getting stuck and when I wash the pants they get warped around the waist .... same with the collers of his shirts... I get his clothes at target.... and they are about 20 dollars an outfit... I think it would be crazy to spend more than that, he only wears them for a few months. ....

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and haven't had my ultrasound yet. How many of you would say that there is more of a chance that I'm having a girl? I've just "heard" from various sources that if you crave fruit, it's a baby girl.

possition of deciding weather to keep the baby or have an abortion this is a very stressfull situation for the both of us and are both against having the abortion but both think that it is for the best as we are only young but we dont know if we could deal with it after it has been done (the abortion) please could we have any advice from people who have been in this situation and have had the baby and people who have had the abortion and what it was like coping after emotionally thank you.

Pregnant? I've never experiance, bad nausea while brushing my teeth till just recently. I took a test 9 days after period was due, and came out neg. the next day, I started cramps, and period. But this period is not the same as its been. I noticed the first night, it was not bad at all! and I usually have to wake up 7 times a night to go pee, due to the blood making me feel that way, but I just had to do that once. Lately I've been very tired, and like yesterday I slept for many hours of the day, and right now, even thoe I had a good night sleep, I feel quite tired. These are all new to me. What should I do?

I'm curious - how many parents here teach their children to ask the owner before approaching a strange dog?

My dog is afraid of small children (she was mistreated before I got her). I'm trying to train her to get used to people and not be nervous, but it's hard to take her out in public - not because she misbehaves (she's big but very gentle), but because I'm always having to block strange children from running up and touching her - or, to my amazement, grabbing, hitting, or even trying to kick at her! It seems like only one out of twenty will ask politely before trying to approach her (I'm so glad for those polite kids!).

Why don't people teach their children to ask first? As a parent, what would your response be if your child ran up to a strange dog and the owner blocked the child and said "No! please leave the dog alone - she's afraid". Would you get angry & defensive, or would you stop & think about teaching your child to ask before approaching a strange dog?

I have a 6 week old baby boy who has been constipated since his formula was switched. The formula is Enfamil AR it is the only formula he doesn't spit up or throw up but it's made him constipated. We even tried soy, and it made him worse. I told his dr and they said Karo syrup, but it didn't do anything but made him spit up his bottle most of the day. So had to call again today, they haven't called back yet. I am hoping they don't want to change his formula again, because I don't want to put him through that again. Any suggestions would be helpful.

My son is going to be 9 months old on Febuary 24th and it just seems like i cant do nothing....he can crawl and move around and everything....but as soon as i leave his sight he screams....and now im just feeling like i have no time for myself....my husband doesnt get home till 8 from work and by then hes already asleep....so what do i do let him cry? Or is this just a stage and hell grow out of it? PLease help!!!

can anyone help me prevent the condom from breaking, i mean u dont hear of many people who get the condom breaking. we stopped for a long time cauz i kept having to get the morning after pill. then recently we tryed again and it just broke! im getting so angry ,any help?

My son has been refusing to go to school. He has a bully there and his teacher is very dense and talks to the children rudely and never gets down to there level to play.
This morning my husband and I went to the school early with our son to talk to the teacher about why my son won't go to school. We told her about the bully and what his name was and in response she said that she had no idea.His OLD teacher use to talk to him and make him feel better when he is down.
When we got home I asked my son why he is so afraid to go and he said that was a secret that his teacher told the children not to tell the parents. I told him that he needs to tell me and he finally said that the teacher has knifes and swords some sharp and some fake. He said that she tells him mean things and that she is never nice. Do I need to take this up with the Principle or Should I just pull him out of school and have him start next year with a new teacher? He also has a disability, So it's harder for him at school

My son is 11.5 months old and I will be weaning him from breastfeeding soon. Breastfeeding allowed me to lose quite a bit of weight after giving birth to him and I am wondering if I will GAIN weight once I wean him. ALRIGHT THERE WAS A LITTLE OLD LADY WHO PASSED AWAY, AND THERE HAS BEEN RUMORS SAYING THE HOUSE IS GOING TO BE PUT UP FOR SALE. IT IS A REALLY CUTE HOUSE AND BOTH CODY AND I ARE VERY INTERESTED IN BUYING IT. WE ARE WANTING TO CATCH THEM AND HOPEFULLY NEGOTIATE WITH THE ONE'S WHO ARE SELLING IT BEFORE THEY LIST IT WITH A REAL ESTATE COMPANY BECAUSE IT WOULD AVOID A WHOLE BUNCH OF UN NEEDED COSTS TO DO IT THAT WAY. NOW HERE IS THE PROBLEM WE KEEP DRIVING BY THE HOUSE HOPING TO CATCH ONE OF THE ELDERLY WOMEN'S KIDS THERE AND WE HAVE SO FAR NOT HAD ANY LUCK, WE KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN COMING BY EVERY DAY BUT WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CATCH ANY OF THEM.
