I am enrolling my son in a great private school and I would love to have a scholarship or grant for his tuition. I can pay for it but it takes more than 80% of my paycheck. We get an income from my husband too but I would like to save some money for our house too. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Please No comments on how public or home school would be better. I will not put my son in a public school for personal reasons. I am homeschooling now and I do not feel I am giving him the time he deserves now that I am working again.

Before anyone says it : No I cannot quit my job because it is our family business and my husband and father need my help.

Thank you all in advance!!!!

my 2 year old daughter is all about "big girl" things now. She used to be such a great sleeper, but she fights us about going to bed because she asks for "big girl bed" or mommy's big girl bed". Is she ready? We also have our 11 month daughter in the same room with her and they love one another. But I am afraid moving her into a toddler bed might be a huge adjustment for her.

My 18 mo. old poops every time she's in the tub. I bathe her in the morning, after breakfast, because baths tend to wake her up instead of make her sleepy even with using lavendar calming bath wash. She can have a good BM before she goes into the tub and she still poops in there. Thankfully, it's her infant tub so clean up isn't too bad. It's just really annoying as I usually have to give her two baths or bathe her quickly to avoid this. She, too, gets agitated since she wants to play in there after she's all washed up. Any suggestions??

My husband and I are trying for a baby, I am a week late, and i am usually regular. I have felt sick, and very tired, and my boobs have been sensitive, but I have done three pregnancy tests all of which have been negative! I went to my doctor and he said he did not think I was pregnant because the tests are normally very reliable? Has anyone got any advice to help me, I don't mind if I am or not, because its only our first month of trying.

I am 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant. It's not that I don't want sex, but I just don't feel like it and it just isn't like before I got pregnant. My hubby seems understanding but I know it's difficult for him. Is there anything I can do to make myself want it more? Even though he doesn't seem put off it does bother me. Is there anything I can do. I am serious and even though I will probably get a few rude answers would appreciate honest answers.

Someone please prove to a Pro-Lifer like myself that Pro-Choicers are really for choice?! I mean if they were they would want equal rights for all those involved right? I mean all im getting right now from pro choicers is that they selfishly only want a choice for the mother and not the father nor the baby.

We have noticed that our baby has drainage going down her throat. We can see her swallowing this gunk (because we adults go through this too). She has no cold, but I guess this could be from allergies? Is there anything to do to help this without medication? It disrupts her sleep at times. She has a pedi appt. next week, and don't want to call for this, as it is not an emergency. Is there such thing as baby allergy medication?

my son is only 4, he is in junior kindergarten. He used to LOVE school, and recently he's put up a huge big fuss and argument over how badly he does not want to go. So, I brought out his class picture today, and asked him to tell me who everyone was, and if they were his friends or not. He pointed to a girl, in Senior K, (they mix them here in ON) he sais she yelled at him, and he cried, and then the teacher made her say sorry. I'm not sure if this goes on. I have asked him, but he doenst answer me. I don't want to press him too much about it. I'm not sure if he is really being bullyed or not, but he seems to talk about this girl and her friend quite a bit, not bad, just mentions their names. I am trying so hard to listen to him. I am going to speak to the teacher today, and see if she notices anything different in him lately too. Anyway, I am feeling pretty anxious about the whole thing. Is it normal for me to be this worried? I just don't know what we'l be able to do if he is?

I'm 12, my mom makes me wear an apron at home to help around the house and when she wants if I'm not doing chores. She says it's sweet and feminine and I look cute. One of my aprons is like the one the girl is wearing at http://www.americanhostess.com/victorianrufflebluecheckzoom.jpg I have others, even more frillier.
I don't like, especially in front of friends, but she says I have to and doesn't back off. She' a good mom, treats me with love, but makes me wear aprons. Is she right or is she man? Should I rebel? If I rebel, should I be punished?

My boyfriend wants to name our baby after his mother, whos name is Marella. Her middle name would be Lynn cause thats my middle name and I said so :o) but I dont really like how the names sound together...and besides what would her nickname be? Rella? Mar? He already pitched it to his mom and she's beside herself with joy. Should i burst her bubble or go with the flow? I mean, I do have first dibs on boy names... help.

Are your kids in sports, such as little league or soccer? If so, are you quick to step up and help out or are you one who says "I can't" or "I'm too busy."? What makes you hesitant to volunteer? I'm on the board of my sons' little league and I'm having a hard time getting people to help out, even though they said they'd volunteer. It's frustrating, I'm busy, too (Work, two kids in sports, on the Board, writing a novel), but I still find the time to help the league, if needed. Why don't others want to help?

I took it about 3 weeks ago, and am not due for a period for 6 more days and the OTC test are not going to detect if I am pregnant or not yet.

so have you ever tried this?

what were your side effects and did it work for you?

ANYONE know someone or themselves who took plan B correctly and still got pregnant?

Thank you everyone!!
