I took it about 3 weeks ago, and am not due for a period for 6 more days and the OTC test are not going to detect if I am pregnant or not yet.
so have you ever tried this?
what were your side effects and did it work for you?
ANYONE know someone or themselves who took plan B correctly and still got pregnant?

i had an oops a few weeks ago, so took plan B....i didn't have any symptoms....none....but it worked... they say about 50% of women get their period within ten days of taking it, but if you don't get it within 21 days of taking the pills, you need to see a doctor...

Plan B is only 85% effective IF taken w/in the first 48 hours after unprotected sex. You can take it up to 5 days later, but the percentage of effectiveness drops significantly after the first 48 hours. It is very possible to get pregnant after taking Plan B.

Six years ago I took it within 24 hours of intercourse and still ended up pregnant. I don't know if its effectiveness has improved since then but it happened to me.

My girlfriend is on BC, but on her off week the comdom we were using broke. She had a plan B that she used like she was supposed to and everything went fine, no pregnancy or anything.

i have never taken it and never would. taken that early you probably arent pregnant and werent at risk. see your doctor and get on birth control and use condoms
