Good question!! I just had my third baby, and I am PRO-LIFE all the way. I think that any womanwho has an abortion is selfish. What if the father wanted the baby? What if the lady down the street who has struggled for many years to have a child of ehr own wanted the baby?
Women who have abortions are selfish. And report me if you want to, I really don't care. I have nothing for women who have abortions.

My opinion is that pro-choice means a right to choice abortion if you want to. Meaning if a girl or woman doesn't feel she wants a pregnancy for what ever reason be it selfish or for so called good reason, than she can terminate it at anytime because she is the one going through the pregnancy. And no other wheter parent, spouse, boyfriend, or any other should be able to stop her.
That said, I do not believe abortion should be used in any case except for tubal pregnancies.
I have seen what the abortion procedures are and I really don't see how anyone can do that after seeing the choices.
Also, how can a person take a young girl to have an abortion and yet not be able to give them tynenol with out a parents permission.

I am a pro-choice person and I do agree that the father of the child should have a say in whether or not the baby is aborted, however it doesn't always work that way. People believe that its my body and that they can do whatever they want. I believe that abortion is a very selfish thing to do and would personally never have one but the reason I am pro-choice is because its not my place to say what someone can or cannot do with their bodies.

I am pro choice, but believe a father has a right too. However, I don't think if my hubby said he wanted me to have an abortion I could follow through. If we both agreed then I probably would if I were one to get an abortion. But, I do believe that if she does not want to keep the child and he does then he should be able to raise that child. With that said how many women do you know that get an abortion when a man wants the child. Most of them (of course not all) do not want anything to do with that child. I believe every woman has a right to her own body but it takes another person to make a baby not just one. I would not call a woman a murderer or anything such as that because it is hard to step in another persons shoes. I do not believe in abortion as a form of birth control.

i assume the main important concern is actual purely that because of the fact the female actual conceives the newborn that's going to become her astounding mind-blowing to choose what's going to ensue, that's her physique that undergoes each and all of the replace, so which you will get excitement from why some experience that it is the female's selection. notwithstanding, I strongly have confidence that the 'father' might desire to have equivalent say in what might ensue and the mother might desire to be open to debate it along with her significant different. on an analogous time, I even have confidence that that's mandatory evaluate the long term, ie, will my newborn be healthful? Am I responsible sufficient to guard somebody different than myself? i don't think of absolutely everyone desires to deliver a newborn right into a project that would desire to finally smash everybody in contact. There are some severe issues to evaluate. that's a mushy subject count number...i'm professional-selection with the concept that each and every physique issues might desire to be seen.

I don't know why a man should get any say since most of the men I know do nothing once the baby is here anyway whether the couple remain together or apart. I have had three and my husband does nothing. He works and helps pay bills but so do I. I work a 40 hour work week, go to school full time, do the housework, cook, feed the kids, bathe the kids, take my daughter to and from pre-school, keep track of what bills need to be paid, keep track of all appointments for us and the kids, etc. If I have to do everything and be responsible for everything once the kid comes out then I guess I should be the one that gets to make all the decisions and that I do.

In a lot of cases the father isn't involved in the mother's life (outside of at least one opportunty for sex, of course). So if the father doesn't care about the mother or her life, why would he care about the baby that the mother is carrying?
Fathers of babies can get court orders to stop abortions, if they can prove that they are willing/able to take custody of the child if the mother doesn't want it.

As a Pro-Choicers I believe that it is up to the PARENTS if they want to keep the child. However, it should not be used as a form of brith control.

the mother has to carry the baby so that's why the decision falls on her. if men could carry babies then people would care what they thought.
