It depends on what you mean by vomitting? A little reflux is fine and fairly normal but if she is literally throwing up the whole feed then either she may have a stomach bug or perhaps you have eaten something that doesn't agree with her delicate palette? Don't forget that everything you eat and drink gets transferred to her milk so lay off anything spicy, which might be the cause of her stomach upset.

Is she still gaining weight & having at least 5 wet diapers a day? Is she normally happy and meeting developmental milestones? If the answer to all those questions is "yes," then you have a laundry problem, not a baby problem. One thing to remember about spitup is that it looks like a lot more than it actually is - the milk mixes with saliva & all that before coming up, and liquid spreads out when it hits fabric; for an illustration, pour a teaspoon of water on a t-shirt & see how big the spot is.
Try sitting her up after feedings, nursing her in a more upright position, block feeding (feeding from one breast for 2-4 feeds instead of switching) so she gets more of the fatty hindmilk, and remember that "this, too, shall pass."
Do not, under any circumstances, put rice cereal in a bottle. This will destroy her gut flora and is a choking hazard. Some people believe that it helps with reflux (which she may or may not have), but it doesn't. Nor will formula help. Breastmilk is easily digested and absorbed, and even if she spits up shortly after eating she has gotten some of the good stuff in it.
If you're truly worried, either because she's not gaining any weight at all or she's not meeting milestones or making enough wet diapers, or if the vomit is more projectile (think "the Exorcist") than just spitup, head to the dr. and get her checked for acid reflux. There are medicines that she can take, if that's what she has, but more likely than not she just needs to be burped more often.

Go in immediately and get her checked out. Have them check for Acid Reflux. I was diagnosed at 2 months old. My mom ran into the same issues with me, I was breast-fed and started vomiting, couldn't keep anything down and was literally starving to death because I wasn't getting any nutrition. I ended up spending 2 1/2 months in the hospital until I was finally able to keep food down. I had to be changed to formula and it had to be thickened with baby cereal for me to be able to eat.

Contact her pediatrician. She may be suffering from reflux, which can affect both breast or bottle fed babies. The doctor may have you alter her diet, but there are also medications they can prescribe if necessary.
This is not uncommon, and you shouldn't panic over it.
