Use vitamin E cream for the dry skin. Unfortunately, I've had the hip pain ever since my first pregnancy 22 years ago. It has never gone away. I think it's because your bones actually get softer and spread with pregnancy. It's not a constant pain, but I surely feel it when I get up in the mornings.

haha i am having both same problems and i'm 17 weeks! I have go to recommend chiropractic care. I swear, I know it sounds crazy but I have been seeing a chiro. for two weeks, and my hip/pelvic/back pain has practically disappeared. My chiro. is awesome, she massages the muscles around the spine to line it up properly, and told me some good stretches. It helped amazingly. I've gone 4 times in 2 weeks, and noticed a difference even after the 1st time. Miracle. About dry skin, have you tried a thick potion with shea butter and cocoa butter? I rub it on my torso/breasts/hips every night. It also might prevent stretch marks. It's great. Good luck!

I had back pain with my 4th pregnancy about the same number of weeks as you. It hurt to stand. I couldn't even go shopping without having to lean against someting or sit down every 5-10min. If I was pushing a shopping cart and one of my other kids would drag their weight even slightly, I would have to tell them not to touch the cart at all. I went to a chiropractor who worked with pregnant women and about 97% of the pain was gone. I had that lower 3% that would come and go.
Even though the chiropractor is a little expensive it was well worth it.

I agree with some of the others that you should go see a dr. for the itching, especially if it is intense.

Your baby is probably laying a certain way at this point, and it is giving your hips a bit of a workout. Also, the ligaments that hold the uterus in place are starting to stretch a little.

For your nipples, most doctors advise some lanolin or vitamin E lotion. The nice thing about the lanolin is you can use it even while breastfeeding.

guys like that want it all. Chances are he tells his wife he loves her every day and he most likely has kids with her who he adores. Sorry but you were a toy he liked to secretly play with and if he was going to leave his wife he would have done so two years ago. having a child with this man as a family is simply not going to happen so best get used to being a single Mum and if you have any sense take him to court for child support then his wife will definately find out what a lying scum bag he is and hopefully dump his backside and take his pay every month. Once a cheat always a cheat and even if he left his wife for you he would cheat on you too when he gets bored. do your self esteem a favour and move on and bring your baby up on your own and a decent new man will follow when you have enough confidence not to take whatever comes along first, but to be more choosy

For the itching you can use a cocoa butter lotion that always works or a vitamin E lotion. And the dry nipples is common in pregnancy. With the back pain you may want to talk to your doctor I had the same pains and they told me that I needed to have physical thearpy

Hi, it sound to me like you may have a bit of a sciatica problem....It also could be where the baby is positioned either way, if it is bothering you at this point in the pregnancy it is not likely to get better...I found that warm baths helped....and pillows...so that you can get comfy while trying to sleep....as for the nipples, ya isn't that part fun...they do some weird things lol...try barrier cream or gold bond...I used a lip balm.....just keep them moisturized...Anyway congratulations and all the best...oh one more thing try to keep moving...it helps....

I have had the hip/back thing since about then too. (31 wks now). GO SEE A CHIROPRACTOR! It's a lifesaver. It really helped me alot. I am getting ready to go back again :) It's a thing called the sciatic nerve which is probably bugging you.

Good luck!
