Healthy eating for a five year old?
Hi. I know that some of you are going to say, 'shame on you', but trust me, I have already said worse stuff so you wont hurt me anymore than I have already done. I need some help, real help not some fly by night operation just trying to score some points. My son is five years old and weighs 80lbs. Yes, it is my fault. I am the adult here and I could have said no. I really would like to know what I can do to get his weight off, eat healthy, etc. His dr. says he needs to lose about 20 lbs (he is very tall). How much is enough? He always says that he is hungry. I feel that I should give him something to eat and I know this is wrong. Yes, he wants the junk stuff. Should I just throw away everything in the house and start over? What should he be eating? Acup? 2 ounces? Help me please...

Two of our boys wet the bed. They are 6 and 11. I am using youth diapers on both of them. The 11 year old was using goodnites, but recently they started causing him problems so we switched him over to his brothers tena diapers and we haven't had any problems since.

Here is the problem though, tomorrow night my husband and i are going out and our sitter is coming over. Our six year old has no problem with the sitter knowing about his bedwetting but our 11 year old is pretty sensitive. We are planning on being out past 1AM and I have no desire to be cleaning wet sheets when I get home. I figured i'd just have them both ready for bed and in their pjs when the sitter comes over... tomorrow at 6, but it might be a little early to throw a diaper on both of them. Does anyone have any suggestions? The sitter knows they both are wetters.

I went to the OBGYN to make sure I wasnt pregnant and the test came back neg and when she checked to see if my bladder was enlarged she said no...theres no sign of pregnancy... last time i had sex was dec 17 was it to early? could she be wrong?

Ok my son just turned 1 2 weeks ago. It is just insane to me how bad they can be so early on. IF he doesnt want to do something or you do something he doesnt like he bites and smacks and kicks and screams. I took him to walmart the other day and he wanted to walk and i wouldnt let him and he bit me in my face and drew blood and then smacked me. One time he got mad and smacked me in my nose and it bled for 20 mins. Any advice on what i should do. I know some of you will say hes to young for this kind of behavior but he knows what he is doin. He knows when he does something wrong because if you catch him he will run from you or laugh. Only serious answers please.

my freind, is completely flatchested, she didn't start puberty yet (im so glad she's flat, it makes me seem i have something, not to be mean!) looks at my boobs everytime i go over to her. I think she thinks i stuff. i use to stuff, but that was for a day, to see how it feels, and i hated it! but when i stuffed, it was a day that she wasn't there so there is no way she should expect anything! Well one time i was gooing to her locker, and i was wearing a ziped up hoodie.

She asked me what was i wearing inside.
i opened up my hoodie, i was wearing a pretty red abercrombie shirt. She looked exactly at my chest.
i was red. was this girl looking at my boobs?

Im looking on my hospitals website under find a physician and i type in obstertrics as the specialty. When a list of doctors come up it shows info on them and some of them it says there specialty is something differtent from an ob/gyn. but its still under the obstetricians search results. does this mean they are not obstetricians or is it just there OTHER specialty? Im confused.

Hello guys! just want to tell you that I feel so stressed. That I don't know what to do anymore. I was on the emergency room 2 days ago because I have been spotting for 2 days(hCg level were 1360). This morning when I woke up and went to the bathroom I passed a small/medium blood clot and something white. (mucous or saliva) So I hurry to the emergency room thinking that I had a miscarriage. They did HCg test again and this time it was 1471. It didn't go up by much. It's supposed to duplicate every 2 days. it didn't. The dr. said that this could lead to a miscarriage. because my hcg level are not duplicating. I'm still spotting, I dont' have to wear a pad. I just see it when I use the bathroom. is there still hope for me? even thought my hcg level are not rising. they did a trasvaginal u/s and they say that they see a sac but its too early to see anything else. can you please give me your most honest advice? how long does a miscarriage take to happen? I need help.pls!!!!

ok, so she's only 15. she's excited about the baby, she knows who the dad is, and she wants to keep it. i can't picture her as a mother- not yet at least, all she seems to care about is cute little baby clothes. she wants to finish school at home. long story short my mother is a mean horrible lady and i have told her i want nothing to do with her. she wont stop harrassing me and my son and threatening me with courts and cfs. not that i have anything to hide. my mother is mad because she has seen him 5-6times in almost 6 months and when ive finally had enough and said i am not going to have anything to do with her she says she will ruin my life./ she smokes 5 packs a day and is a big alcoholic. i am not sure what to do. she is the type of person that will do anythingin her power to take my son away just because i told her she wont have anything to do with him in his life. if you knew her you wouldnt want her in your life either. serious answers only

I met my now husband online. I moved here the same day his 19 year old son moved to another state. It has been almost 3 years and he keeps quitting jobs, never has made it on his own since he has been there. Last night after my husband saying he was done, he still sent him money. This is a bad thing. My husband gets so upset that he won't talk to me for days. I always listen for his body to hit the thump on the ground. Not good for him. But, it is getting to where I am the one who suffers the most. What do I do? How do I find an equal ground? I call them the Andrew days. The days that he is so pissed and stressed about his son that he won't even talk to me. Any advice at all would be awesome.
