The doctor, no.
But if his name is on the birth certificate paperwork, it asks for birthdates of parents, though. As long as they can subtract, they can figure it out. Just make sure you spell his name right.

Reading between the lines of your question I am guessing that you are both underage. Please wait until you are both well into your mid 20's and in a committed relationship (preferably married, or atleast engaged), finished your education, in a stable job and own your own home before you consider bringing a child into the world. You owe your future children that much!

You don't have to tell them how old he is just any medical problems that run in his family. Why would you not want to share that information. Well unless he is VERY old. (the sperm can be worse quality that way) Other than that.. don't worry about it. Good luck

Not really. Your bf's age isn't that much of an issue but his health and health history is. So be prepared to give that info if you do get pregnant.

They might ask because some genetic issues or things are passed along when a parent is older.

If it's illegal then your boyfriend's parents will have something to say about it. If he shows up at the delivery and looks like he's jail bait they might say something. Otherwise it's a non-issue.

if you want him on the birth certificate yes. if you want to file for child support yes. I have 4 children and on every single birth certificate form it asks the fathers date of birth and SSN. but if you dont care if he signs then no.
