Pee yes- once the kidneys start working properly.
Poop- not normally. When they do it is usually right before birth and is called meconium.

Babies do pee while they are inside. If you are lucky, you may see them do it on an ultrasound. However, they do not poo until after birth. Initially, the stuff they poop is called myconeium, a type of waste. If a baby does have a bowel movement before birth, the womb can become toxic. They may swallow some of the myconeium when being born and get very sick.

The baby lives in amniotic fluid in the womb which it breathes and "pees". It is only fed thru the umbilical cord. If a baby poos in the womb, it is called meconium and it can be very dangerous for the baby.

yep. They swallow amniotic fluid. Their digestive systems need that practice in order to function.
Some times just before birth babies have their first bowel movement in the womb, and are born with meconium on them or in the fluid instead of having that bowel movement shortly after birth. Its especially dangerous if the baby inhales this stuff during the first breaths of life, since it can cause infection.

Amniotic fluid is urine. Fetuses do not "poop" in utero. If they do, it is immediately preceding birth and is called meconium. Extra care needs to be taken with babies who produce meconium because if they get it into their lungs, it can be really bad.
