My friend is 34 weeks and the doc just took her off her pills( to stop labor) She went into labor at 31 weeks!! I had this done too but I can not remember for anything how long it took me to go into labor afterwards. They told her that she is fine now and if he does come early then he will be ok too. ( he measured 4 lbs. 6 oz. at 31 weeks, so hes pretty big now) she has had steroids numerous times to mature his lungs also. She has to have c-section ( if that helps) please just give good answers no smart A** please Thank You so much

Our baby is 16 days old and is a great sleeper, just during the day, and is up for 2-4 hours a night which makes it hard for myself and my wife. I have to got to work during the days, and my wife has to take care of the baby and our 18 month old as well.

Yeah, he just started this. When he doesn't have a diaper on he really grabs himself pretty good. I'm afraid that he is going to hurt himself, but he isn't in any pain since he doesn't cry when he does this. Anybody else experience this?

Have I got a stomach bug or is this a normal pregnancy symptom? I have had a pain on my side going through to my back for a couple of weeks on and off. The diarrhea started yesterday. I woke up really hungry this morning so ate three plain biscuits.I have not had diarrhea today yet but I have got stomach pains as if I need to go to the toilet. I am really hungry but dont know what I should eat and Im worried incase theses are bad signs of my pregnancy. I cant get to see my GP till the new year and I dont want to turn up at the hospital in case Im over reacting. Should I be worried?

I want to know how to make a kid attentive. Our two years kid does not listen to us. As he is not listining to us,he does not learn anything. He babbles a lot on his own, but does not say a single word as such. Any suggession how to make him attentive ??
His Dr says, he has some symptoms of mild autisim. we have evaluated his hearing and vision and all OK. He likes to play with all kind of toys and gets angry too fast, but cool down in a moment.

I am 4 weeks along (just found out this week) and want to go to a dr I know and am comfortable with. He doesn't accept my insurance and it takes around 4-5 weeks to switch. Is it ok to wait until then or does the first visit have to be now? The receptionist told me "it should be fine" but I'm not sure if she's just saying that.

I am 16 weeks pregnant and since I've found out, I have felt so distant from my fiance. I know we are supposed to feel very close at this wonderful time in our life but those feelings are not there. She will be a year on the 30 of dec. I was just wondering if she is doing what all other babies at this age do ( I know they will differ some but...) She is walking ( has been for a month ), she is babling and saying small things like daddy and momma and snack and she is very detail orrianted ( like tring to figure how things work) Also when should she be compleatly off ther bottle ( I heard at 1 year) and what should she be eating now ( please give good ideas on what to feed her) thanks

had sex twice, both protected but we werent very safe about the whole deal...five weeks later took a test...negative...took another a week later because they come in a box of two (might as well)....negative....and then got my "period" which only lasted four days and didnt start with spotting or anything...just straight blood....my normal periods last about six or seven days, should i go take a blood test or am i just overreacting?

ive been drinking geritol tonic for over a month i heard it helps when trying to concieve?i also heard baby asprin helps for somrthing? and what about cervic mucus?what do i watch for?i bought preseed to use when its time.has any body use it and what do you think about it.im trying to concieve and want to know of any thing that helps??please no smart a.. answers

I've had two miscarriages (one in January and one in September) in 2006. When would be the best time for me and my husband to try again, without the risk of losing a 3rd baby? Or should we just adopt? Please only serious answers.

so my last period was 18 of last month. so naturally around dec 16 or so i was expecting my period.... but it didnt come. instead there was light spotting, light reddish/brownish in color so i thought my period was coming. but nothing ever came more than that (like blood). now it's been a week and im worried sick that i might be pregnant. i took a test yesterday and it was positive. i dont have any tender/swollen breasts or anything.... am i pregnant? should i take another test????????
