My son is eight months old. He's never really been sick. Of course he's had a temperature and such in reaction to shots. And he has also had Reflux since he was about a week old. But he has never had a cold or anything like that. For the past few his nose seems to always be red. I'm not extremely concerned about this. Iam just curious. We have started to believe that he may have an ear infection. If he did would that be connected to his red nose?

i was 5 days late for my periods.i got the periods but i'm really confused if i can still be pregger coz i've heard dat people can still b preg. with a period.i hv never been this late with my periods b4.i'v got to travel 2moro about 100km and the roads are not dat good.home preg test was -ive.please answer..i had sore breasts and it is gone.i was peing so often 4-5 times a night with me drinking very little water.just to check.it just started around some days after mid cycle and the urine frequency is reduced very notebly.bleeding was normal.little bit less than normal i think.there was some regular clotting as well.wat could it be..

About a week ago I found out I'm pregnant. We're excited but the thing is, I've been spotting for about a week now. At first I thought it was just implantation bleeding but now I'm having cramps and some pain on the left side of my pelvis. I'm going to the doctor this afternoon but I wondered if in the meantime, any of you could offer any suggestions or help. I'm scared that I'm having a miscarriage or that it could be an ectopic pregnancy...I've researched ectopic pregnancies and my symptoms don't exactly fall in line, but who knows? Have any of you experienced similar symptoms and ended up still having a normal, healthy pregnancy and birth?

My son just doesn't take no for answer. he wants to do everything like having to do with adults like cook and write on my bills, lot so of things. I let him help me cook a lot of times and write ona different piece of paper when I am writing, but sometimes I just want to say "no" and that's it. But I feel like I have to explain why not and reason with him and then argue with him and it's a big ordeal basically and this is with almost EVERYTHING. Sometimes I just want to say no once and if he refuses as he always does I want to just flip out and smack him so hard so he gets the picture but I hold myself back from doing that but I really am starting to get close to doing that everyday! Does anyone else child just listen when the parent says no most of the time? half of the time? Part of the time? even a small percentage of the time?

Used to be, kids were forced to shower after gym or they'd fail gym. Why is everyone suddenly afraid to take a shower in school? Doesn't everyone stink sitting in class? Seems like a cleanliness problem to me.

Are we that P.C. that we're afraid that someone might feel bad for having to take a shower? Is everyone now that wimpy?

My daughter is 15 months and is still drinking from a bottle. I have tried a beaker but I don't think she's drinking enough, when she's on the beaker her poo gets harder than usual (is that connected?). Does she have to drink her milk from a beaker as well or only juice?
