Chance are good that you could deliver early, but what you're describing is very common. I know I felt the same way when I was as far along as you are.
Hang in there, kiddo. In a couple more weeks, you'll be holding that precious baby!
Good luck!

It can come early if it wants to.
Although what youre discribing is normal for this stage of pregnancy, for everyone.
My baby dropped and has been fully engaged at almost station 5 (like, he'd be crowning if i were dilated), since 33 weeks. Yet here I am at 36 weeks. Not havnig a baby. Although I have some great contractions all the time.
Hopefully its sooner than later... right?
Just stay active.

Wow, you have symptoms very similar to mine!! I am 36 weeks along and when baby moves I feel like baby will break my water, too. I feel like he/she is twisting my bladder and I get small pains with it as well. I am also getting more frequent Braxton-HIcks contractions that are more intense. I thought baby would come soon too but now baby is quiet--I guess your chances are greater it will be early if you experience more intense movements and/or contractions. Good luck and congrats!!

Babies are like the weather, they can change at any time. You are at 35 weeks and yes your baby could come at any time. The pains that you are feeling are more than likely Braxton Hicks, or false labor pains, and the baby "dropping" or getting position for the birth.

Most women start to feel that way towards the end of the pregnancy. You should talk to your doctor about the sharp pain you are having, it is probably a stretched muscle, but always get it check out.

I had my baby at 36 weeks. Very unexpected I had a normal pregnancy! It started with really really bad back pain, then I lost my mucus plug (even though they sayit can take up to 2 weeks to go into labor.). The back pain started on Friday night I had her Monday night!!! Make sure to take it easy. Good Luck!!!!:) Everything will be alright!!! Your baby will come when he/her are ready!

This sounds perfectly normal during this time. I know you are probably ready for this baby to come though, I know I was at that stage. It's a tough part of the pregnancy, but just keep thinking you're on the home stretch now.

I had all of that happen when I was pregnant with my daughter for the last few weeks. I literally felt like I could just push a few times and she would come out easily. She came 8 days early.
Good luck!

its normal im 36 weeks and and i get regular braxton hicks the lot also lost two big lots of mucous plug! this is my 2nd baby and i remember all this last time! anyway you want that baby to stay in at least 2 weeks longer if it was born now baby would be classed as a premature baby! good luck and congrats x

Sounds like wishful thinking to me....
The last few weeks are VERY uncomfortable, but that just makes it easier to go thru labor and delivery -- knowing that you will get relief from the backaches and all the other aches and pains.
Your baby will arrive on his/her own schedule -- hope you have healthy one!
