the best time to get pregnant is two days before and on ovulation day.When OPKs show a positive LH surge, it means you should ovulate in 24-36 hours. Start having fun now and for the next couple days!

Have sex the day you get a positive. Test again the following days and have sex each day it's positive. Once it's negative have sex one more time.
