I have this problem too, unfortunately there isn't a good solution to this. Just lay her as close to the middle of the crib as you can and check on her often. (My daughter is a very "active" LOL 4 month old and can spin herself around in her crib in a matter of minutes and gets her legs stuck all the time too.

This happened to my daughter too when i took the crib bumpers out. Unfortunately, the only solution i came up with was constantly checking her and turning her so her legs weren't near the slats. You cant risk using the bumpers again, because they can be used as a step stool to hoist themselves out of the crib.
It will get easier, but for now just check on her more frequently.
Best of luck!

there is something that we bought. I forget what it is called, but basically, it is a mesh cover that goes over each side of the crib to prevent things from sticking through. I found it on either target.com or babiesrus.com. I think if you look under "baby room safety" or something along those lines, you'll find it. It fits on very standard cribs, which most people don't even buy these days. But we got it to fit good enough on the front and back of the crib.

Put blankets or something else safe between her and the slats to prevent her from being able to get her legs in there in the first place.
Of course, I'm not sure if that'll work so just keep Vasaline on hand so that you can just slide her leg out from between the slats - it is much less painful for her to get her leg out if it slips out instead of getting tugged out.

I don't have any experience with this, so I can't really give you any advice. My son sleeps in a pack-n-play. There aren't any "slats" or "bumpers" to worry about. I would say not to worry about it, though. I mean, I would worry if they appeared to be trying to get out that way, or if they look as if they're going to get stuck. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it. Babies move around in their sleep just like we do. So, unless you're going to stay up all night watching them sleep you're just going to have to leave it alone.

Get a breathable crib bumper. I had the same problem with my son and had to get one. They work really well keeping little arms and legs in. Go to Amazon.com and search breathable bumper. Or I think Toys R us/Babies R us sells them too.
