I have this strange hunch that she has some kind of closeness or even feelings for my fiance (her youngest brother). She made a sexual innuendo to him and even helped him shave his face when I wasn't there. He's a grown up! We're expecting a baby! I don't like it and I voiced this to him and all he could say is "look, my family and I are super close and we do personal things in front of each other". He barely asks me for help when he shaves. At home he can do it HIMSELF. Is she trying to sabotage my relationship with her brother? Out of sheer jealousy, I believe.

I have been trying the time out thing with my four year old and I was wondering exactly how is it done I put her in a corner where there are no toys and no tv I want to know if I should make her sit still and take her time out or is it ok that she is figgeting and playing with herself and I should not start her time out until she is still adn quiet I also wanted to know if it was appropiate to put her in her room for and hour or so with no tv and toys is that effective on a fouryear old.

me and my girlfriend are both 13. i asked her out a few eeks ago because she was my friend, her boyfriend (my friend also)broke up with her, and i was waiting for the time i could ask her out(of course i didnt do it RIGHT after they broke up, but soon after). we went ice skating twice and we talk,hug, if the teachers arent lookin, we kiss each other(just little pecks), at the lunch table. this is my first girl friend, but i dont know how to tell my parents. i just wanna know how, why, when? she already told her parents and my parents already know who she is, but not to much.

Will I be treated differently ie, more tests, more regular appointments, scans etc? I have 3 healthy children but worry that because of my age there may be something wrong with this one. Any advice from older mums would be appreciated.

I'm 38 weeks along with my second child. At my last doctor's appointment, I was 2 cm. dilated and 50% effaced. since then, I've started losing my mucus plug. About 5 hours ago I woke up in a lot of pain and about 2 hours later, contractions started they would be about 5 minutes apart. Then they just stopped about 45 minutes ago, for about 15 minutes and now they have started again and are 4-5 minutes apart and last about 60 seconds and seem to be getting stronger each time. Is this the real deal? I've been having a lot of braxton hicks contractions the last 2 weeks that have fooled me, b ut these feel a lot worse than any of the others have. I tried a warm bath and they still came, and usually when I lay down, they go away, but they're not this time.

I am somewhere between 5 1/2 and 6 wks pregnant. I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. They saw the gestational sack and yolk sack but no heartbeat. My hcg level is 6000. My doctor wants me to come back in ten days for another ultrasound and she said she has to see the heartbeat at the next visit to say it'll be a viable pregnancy. I am worried because I had a blighted ovum over the summer and all that developed was the sack and nothing more. Should I be worried that my hormone level was so high yet they didn't see the heartbeat?

My fiance and I come from different cultures. His family are Hungarian immigrants and mine are American. I was taught that its not acceptable to simply "cop out" with "Im sorry" because you need to correct your behavior instead of offer an excuse. His family taught him that you say I'm sorry, kiss the person your fighting with on the head and go on about it. Repeat this over and over, even if the behavior is not corrected. We have different parenting beliefs. I've worked in childcare for years and we were taught to not allow the children to simply cop out with I'm sorry, but to let the other child who hurt you know you have hurt them. I'm from a conservative, moderately strict and very realistic family. I plan to keep these traits. He won't let me. He wants me to "butt out" of MY child's life when he's making them say I'm sorry.

I hate that they are so expensive and worn only once.
I went to the second hand store and bought a few pants , but are there other options or low cost ways to have clothing,.
I dont fit into anything prepregnancy clothing, my stomach is just too big.
are you ladies spending $30on a pair of jeans that may fit for a month if that? or am I just being cheap. ?
buy the way........ does anyone elses butt look big in maternity jeans,they have no shape of form to compliment my frame.

I am worried about my 7 year old son. Took him to the drs and they put him on some strong vitamins to drigger him to eat. I use to be the same way when i was he's age and the doc did the same thing. If anyone out there has had the same problem. CAn u tell me how u dealt with it? Right now he's 52 pounds and his little sister weights almost 10 more than him. Please help!

I've been ttc for awhile now and the last two days I've had a brownish mucosy spotting. I don't need to use any fem. products because it is so light. My cycles are usually about 35 days long, but I ovulate on the days of a normal 28 day cycle (weird huh) . My last period was 10-27 and I didn't have a period in November, but I don't have any other symptoms of pregnancy. Please help, I wouldn't be asking if I had found some information else where. Is this a possible sign of pregnancy or something else?

hes 6 days old and every 3-5 hours his diper is not full but just enuff to be smered around with yellow coler poo, and hes farting alot, im brest feeding but is this normal or is it somthing im eating? iv been verry carful not to eat any gassy food or fried food.

my problem is a little bit complicated so hopefully i dont loose you in the middle of my question. i stop my birth control in october i had my period octeber 17 lasted like 4 days then i started again in 1 november lasted 3days. i wasnt sure when i was goin to ovulate becuase of these weird periods. by the way im trying to consive. anyway i was supposed to start my period on the 1st of december and i never did. also on the 24th of november i had sex and out of nowhere i was bleeding after sex. i thought it was my period again but it wasnt becuase i had a tampon on and the next morning the tampon was clean. i have been cramaping for the past week. I took a pregnancy test one day before my period and it was neg. i took another one today and it was negative also. Please help me with our advice. i wanat to be pregnant but if i was i would have gotten a positive right. well any advice would be welcome. thank you
