I've been ttc for awhile now and the last two days I've had a brownish mucosy spotting. I don't need to use any fem. products because it is so light. My cycles are usually about 35 days long, but I ovulate on the days of a normal 28 day cycle (weird huh) . My last period was 10-27 and I didn't have a period in November, but I don't have any other symptoms of pregnancy. Please help, I wouldn't be asking if I had found some information else where. Is this a possible sign of pregnancy or something else?

I'm 22 and have been married for 3 years. Is this implantation bleeding? My friend has a period every 3 months and she had a baby but I couldn't ask her because she is out of town. lol

It sounds like cervical mucus mixed with old blood (the brown). This can happen if your cervix got irritated while having sex, or it could be the start of a new cycle. Sometime when a cycle goes longer than usual it will start off with just old blood before it actually starts.
You could also be pregnant. Spotting (especially of old blood) is very normal in first pregnancies. If you think you might be, take a test first thing in the morning to find out. Check the website below for brand sensitivity and make sure you are using the most sensitive test you can get your hands on for the most accurate results.
Good luck!!

As most people will tell you , you need to get a blood test.
Yes this is a sign of pregnancy , but there are so many signs of pregnancy and premenstration that the lines are blured.
For example:
A women may have sore breast b/f aunt flo and a women may have sore breasts when becoming pregnant. The list goes on but I think you get the point. I would ask for a blood test to be sure

I don't believe it's implantation bleeding because you are so close to your normal cycle. I would say it is the onset of your cycle coming. I experienced the same thing, but started a week later. If you don't get your cycle in a few days to a week try a test. Otherwise, time to think about trying for next month. . .

hi,
if you did not have AF's visit next week for sure i would get an hpt. try first response early they determine earlier than most other tests and you can also buy a box of two test strips in a box. so if the first one turns out negative, and lets say after your day 40 or so, AF still did not come then you can try the other test strip. it could be the beginning of your period too though so wait a couple of days since you are already at day 36? i sometimes have that same brownish spotting. so keep positive and good things will come

You may want to take a test or consult your doctor. I wouldn't say they are signs of pregnancy but you should just get checked on.

Possible to be pregnant because of the skipped cycle but you really should have it checked out by a doctor. :o(

It sounds like your periods are a little irregular anyways. so you might just wait it out. while you're waiting, there are ways to tell if you're about to get your period: breasts swell and are achy, moody, cry, bloated, etc.
how old are you anyways? you're probably not pregnant. For one, did you have unprotected sex?
