For any one in the 8th grade. Have you ever felt overwelmed from school b/c of projects, homework, notes, tests, etc. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

I'm 36 1/2 weeks. For the last 3 weeks, I've been feeling very depressed, sometimes almost suicidal. Not that i have the guts to actually DO anything, but the feeling's there. I have no idea why. Every little thing gets to me, and I can cry for hours at a time. Normally I'm pretty thick-skinned. I don't get this, and it's frustrating the hell outta me, not to mention my husband and other kids. The last few days have been much better, but I'm still not myself. I know about Postnatal depression, but what about PRE natal?

I'm 14, almost 15 and I haven't made out with a boy yet. Actually I haven't even really kissed a boy. Is there anyone else around my age who is having this problem?

Also, how do you make out with someone, or know when they want to?

My daughter in the last 2-3 week has started mouthing off to me like never before. She has always been sassier than I would like but I chocked it up to me being that way and it rubbing off on her. So I curbed the attitude down and since she has become very mouthy. She is always arguing with me. She caused a huge scene today in Hobby Lobby after getting yelled at for being a smart mouth. She starts screaming mommy no please dont at the top of her lungs. WTF is wrong with her?

My husband recently returned from a year deployment to Iraq in September and im wondering is she acting out cause of the adjustment? Or has she lost her flippin mind. How am I supposed to respond to this in a positive way. I am a spanker I will pat that butt at home but not in public. And she knows that too which is why the hysterics in public. So does anyone else have a 6 year old behaving this way? And what do you do? Thanks for the advice in advance.

My 8 and 6 year olds have been fighting like crazy cats and dogs lately. My husband and I separated about 7 months ago. I was thinking some of the problems with anger and with fighting were due to their father no longer living at home. Lately I've been encouraging them to talk more about thier feelings and have been punishing them by taking away privledges when they have fought.
Yesterday my 8 year old hit his brother on the back due to an argument. I grounded them both, as they both were at fault, till Mon. I've taken away all TV and gaming privledges and when we get home at 6pm they are to stay in their rooms till Sat. On Sat and Sun they are free to play inside or out but still have no TV or games.

My 8 year old was invited to a party on Sat. I have said no due to the fact he is grounded. Am I being too harsh? I don't think I am but I just really need some back up here. That lil sad face is breaking my heart!!

why do you vote for Emmit and Cheryl instead of Mario and Karina?
it's so obvious that Mario should have won! Emmit shouldn't have been there in the first place. Mario and Joey should have been in the finale together. i just don't understand why you didn't want the better dancer to win which was Mario by far.

my due date is 13.5.2007. i am 14 weeks and this is my first child. i haven't "show" yet. sometimes i feel very tired. still having morning sickness but getting better. So anyone out there same due date as me? how are you coping with your pregnancy? Are you excited? How do you feel? Can share with me whatever experience you have so far? Is this your first child?

My daughter ran into the doorknob while playing chase with her older brother on her recent visit at her fathers house. I sent her to school on Monday not thinking anything of it........ today they called her stepmother and asked her if she knew anything about it. Is there a possibilty that they could have called Division of Family Services on me and if so would I have been able to pick my kids up from school? Im so scared....

I was in walmart (as usual) and I was looking to buy panties for my daughter, when looked over at the training bras- they are padded! WHY! When did this happen? What does a 10 year old need with a padded bra? And thong undies!?

Ok so one night me and my friend were egging my school when we saw a drunk man laying by a tree about to pass out. We immediately left after we saw him.The next day at my school everything seemed normal until someone told me that a guy died last night because of alcohol poisoning.At that moment i knew that it was the guy we saw , but it gets worse. the guy that died was actually this kids father!He is in 1 of my classes and he showed up for school that day!

after this incident i felt it was partially my fault that he died and i could of done something to rescue him.

this is a true story that happened about 2 months ago. im 13

Why is my 1 year old son so mean???
He hits(me including) He pulls hair, he bites. He screams temper tantrums.takes things away from other babies, and will just lay on top of them knowing they are screaming.???Why is he doing this and how do I fix it without spanking him and making him think it is ok.

I am 40 + weeks preg & have been having contractions very regularily now for 4 days and every day, they are getting more painful, especially yesterday and today, they are around 20 mins apart sometimes longer, and 2 days ago were up to 6 mins apart.
I am only 1 and half cm dialated. and midwife said to go home and wait till water breaks or they are 5 mins apart and regular.
They HURT!! HOW FAR TILL LABOUR STARTS????????? HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS, WHAT'S YOUR STORY???

First of all he runs around like crazy. All the time. If he's awake he's running around. He's also got a habit of climbing everything. I mean people, tables, chairs, on the counters, dishwasher, stove, he love to climb and I'm afraid he's going to get hurt. Not only does he like to climb but he likes to jump. He will just get on the bed and jump in the floor. He will laugh and do it again. I can't keep him interested i anything more than 5 minutes. He won't watch tv, he won't play a game unless it involves wreslting around and even if it don't, he adds it in with pushing and grabbing, and he seems so hyper. He is also whiny. He will fuss over everything. He hardly eats. I think he may have milk allergy o lactose prblem, but still looking in to it. Does it sound like e has an add problem? It's jsut that I read things online about it and he fits like every line of the toddler add/ Any advice?

I didnt have one as a kid (they didnt exist) and I did fine. I understand peer presure and all. If we give them everything they ask for, i.e., cell phones, ipods, xbox 360's, laptops...what do they really have out there to work for? Sometimes, dont we just need to go without?
