well, yes unfortuanately you can have a miscarriage at anytime during your pregnancy. You can worry less once you have completed your first trimester. The percentage of miscarriage goes down dramatically. But like I said you aren't completely out of harms way 100%.

I wouldn't worry throughout your whole pregnancy. Just relax and enjoy it. This should be the happiest time of your life.

Congrats and Good Luck.

How about a healthcare answer from a male? Unless you have a history of miscarriages, or there is more to your story than you've told, you don't need to worry about a miscarriage at any time. Could it happen? Of course, but less likely every week. I'm sure you'll still worry, but you don't need to. Enjoy your pregnancy.

Miscarriages can occur at any time. 12 is not the magic number everyone thinks it to be. If this is your first pregnancy just enjoy it you have had nothing so far to worry about, so don't its a waste of time. You will probably like most women go on to have a trouble free pregnancy and a healthy baby at the end. Don't worry....enjoy!!

Most miscarriages happen BEFORE the woman realizes she is pregnant. The second most common time is around 2 1/2 months pregnant. However, miscarriages can happen at any time, but the longer you carry over 3 months, the less likely it may happen.

While every pregnancy carries its risks, you have had a great start to be at 14 weeks. Unless there is a high family history I would think you are fine.

most miscarriages happen before the 12 week mark, so for the most part you should be in the clear but anything unusual or painful is very important to tell your doctor immediately.

good luck

Prayer is best. With my first pregnancy I made myself crazy worrying about every little thing. Then I started putting my fears aside until bedtime. Then I would lie in bed and pray over my baby, that he was healthy, strong, beautiful, smart. Then leave it in God's hands. My boys both came out perfect. Yours will too. Consider chamomile tea before bed, or any time you are feeling nervous.

If you're just worrying yourself without any reason, talk with your OB/GYN to get the facts and stats so you can calm down and have a healthy and sane pregnancy.

If you have had something happen that makes you feel uncomfortable, then *definitely* talk with your OB/GYN.

Good luck!
