I wanting to start feeding my 6month old savoury foods now and not sure what homemade puree recipes I should start with. Any ideas?

I am 7 weeks pregnant today, but i look like a elephant. I seriously look like I am 5 months. Is this normal? And I don't look that big everyday. Some days i am almost completely flat. Can it be that on somedays i eat more than others? Please help.

Will pre-natal vitimins harm you if you take them on a daily basis, and not pregnant?
I've heard the vitmains make your hair and nails grow!?

My son is 7 months old and knows how to sit but won't. As soon as you turn your back he is on his belly. Is that normal? He is learning to crawl so he likes to be on the move but my mother said that he doesn't really know how to sit if he won't sit still. Is that true?

I have a 2yr daughter and we have lived with my mother since she was a baby. She has always slept in her crib and in her own bed but we always shared the same room. Well we just moved out into our own place. She has her own room now but she wont sleep in it. Does anyone have any tips to give me to get her to sleep in her own room?

she shares a bedroom with her 2 sisters age 1+3 i cannot get her to put away her clothes or pik up her dirty washing she is not asked to do any thing else in her room she has a cupboard off her own that little ones cant reach this untidy behaviour is now been copied by 3yr old the bedroom is a bomb site

im 9 weeks pregnant. I didnt find out until i was about 6-7 weeks. I dont know what to do...being only 20 and after my parents died during this summer i drank alot and did alot of cocain ...then i found out i was pregnant and i stopped right away but what effect will this have on my baby. What do my dreams mean?
I have had many where I have had a baby. Sometimes I know the sex of it and sometimes I don't. Last night I had two twin boys. One night I was buying a diaper bag for a baby on the way. These had occured in the past 2-3 months.

My boyfriend had one where we had a baby sleeping in between us.

My kids are only 2 and 3 years old. I have read that little ones sleep better and longer if they room in together. The article also said it was great for bonding and development as well. We have a large house with extra bedrooms but we and the kids prefer that they stay together. (they have seperate beds)

A "friend" was over the other day and said that I am lucky that no one has called social services on me since I have a boy and a girl in the same room.

Does anyone know if there are specific rules or laws about this?(we are in Michigan if that makes a difference) And also, barring any legislation on the matter, how long do you feel that children of the opposite sex can/should share a bedroom?

I was jsut wondering what 6 month old babies should be doing. My son doesn't do much apart from blowing raspberries and making loud noises....I'm not at all worried about his development just wondering if he should be rolling over by now or sitting up on his own, cant remember what age my other son did all this at. The baby is a little bit heavy although is very long so I've been told he's not over weight but just a big boy...could this be holding back his development?

Please dont get me wrong when you read this question.
I have just broken up with my girlfriend because we/she got pregnant. At the time we were discussing our options, i thought that i was prochoice. The next day i realized that i wanted to have the baby but she did not. now i am a 31 year old man with no children she is a 32 year old woman with 2 children, one of witch is dating my 16 y/o nice. now the question is was i childish to tell her that and not respect her wishes or should i also have a choice in it too.

my period is 30-31 days cycle. i had my period aug.15th expecting in sept 15th.( i started fertlity drugs sept. 1st.) period came 25th sept -10days delay like spotting but lasted too long. doc suggested p-test . two weeks after it was positve. exactly 25th of oct another period came (3days). as at saturday 11th nov. i had another test , its still positive though sysmptoms have increased now compared to last month. the test just showed p-test -positve. how do i calculate to know how old the pregnancy is. since i didnt miss any period or im to wait for 1st scan?
