You need ask your doctor about this. I thought my son was doing the same thing and it turns out he had asthma! He would "cough" or fake cough so I thought so hard he threw up. What it did was make him upset and breath fast when he didnt get his way and then he would have an attack and puke.

She has raised the price of poker- you can win. Next time she vomits feed her dry toast and applesauce for the rest of the day. "If your stomach hurts, this is all you can eat." Make her lie down, and take away any fun games so she can get better. If she claims to feel better, which she will, tell her that anytime a child throws up they should eat toast and lie down. You can even fake-call the doctor for advice. Believe me, it will pass soon.

Read the book, "1-2-3 Magic" by Thomas Phelan. Great book! I would also make her clean it. After a few times, she would get the picture.

Do not give her any attention when she does this. Ignore her and she will eventually find out that this is not the way to get attention. When she does good or is being really goos for the day then give her special mommy and me time. But you have to make this time very very special.

Sounds like a bid for getting attention. You can stop it by not rewarding the behaviour and giving her the attention she wants when she does that. Give her lots of attention and kisses if she can get reprimanded and not throw up. Make her clean it up.

Make her clean it up. She can do it even at that age. She needs to learn that it's an inappropriate way to deal with disappointment and that if she makes the mess, she will clean it up.

WHICH ONE OF YOU IS THE PARENT ????

Do as one other answer indicated -- tell her since she is sick, she must stay in bed all day, eat dry toast, and remain inactive (no toys, no TV, no video games, no books).

She's manipulating you! Be a parent! (and don't 'give in' because it's easier for you -- stick to your guns the WHOLE day)

She's doing it to get her way and your attention. Don't give it to her. Don't make a big deal about it and make her help you clean it up.

first of all it does not matter the age, children are always manipulative. that starts early because that is our nature as humans.
when she does that, simply ignore her action (not HER!, ignore WHAT she does).
she will get fed up after a few times of cold shoulder...
good luck
