my fiancee cheated on me after 5 years. 5 days after I found out I had a miscarriage.
The time was very emotional. I lost both at about the same time, very disturbing. I was not myself for quite a while

It depends on how fragile is your condition at the moment of the bad news. And yes, a huge upset can lead to a miscarriage. My baby was almost 9 months when I had an awful argue with my now ex husband, and it caused her to get all tangled into the umbilical cord, making me give birth a week before the expected time. Good thing she was almost ready. Otherwise it would have been a miscarriage.

there's no scientific evidence to support that an emotional stress an cause a miscarriage. It probably would have happened no matter what. I'm sorry for your loss.

I guess if you are extremely traumatized by the whole situation the stress can be hard on the baby. I have never had this experiance.

Yes, it is possible. When you find something out that can really hurt you or make you upset...your body will reflect on that. Try to keep yourself stress free.
