Wow...sounds like you have a hell of a problem there. Unfortuantely there is no way of finnding out for sure due to privacy of medical records. I would hope that she would tell you the truth....but if you have your doubts, ask for proof. She should have some kind of reciept or medical discharge papersw or something...after care instructions maybe. That is a pretty F****D up thing to do to someone...I'm sorry for you.
And YES...you do have a right to know the truth...it was your baby too!
Good luck.

you got your lady buddy pregnant and you prayed for her to have a miscarriage and he or she did. So God desperate to take her toddler to Heaven. It replaced right into a 'organic' abortion. you probably did no longer have the miscarriage She did. She suffers the shortcoming of a youngster that replaced into starting to be interior her. Your present accountability is to convenience her and to take accountability to no longer get her pregnant lower back. Biblically you at the instant are not meant to have a sexual relationship till After marriage, the two my daughters have experienced miscarriages and it replaced into emotionally devistating. They mourned the demise of their unborn toddlers.

I am really sorry if she had an abortion. I think pro-choice is very unfair to those fathers who want their children. I really don't know if there is a way for you to find out other than getting an attorney and finding out if there is some loop hole or some slim chance that you do have a right to know, which I think you do. But right now I don't know of any laws that afford you that right.

In the United States at least there is no way due to HIPPA regulations. The only thing you can do is call this hospital and impersinate her asking for medical records to be mailed at your location of course you will need her SSN and other personal info.

There's no way to know unless you ask her and she is honest. That's private medical information and no medical professional is allowed to tell you or they risk being sued.
