these pimple like bumps on my nipples around the aerola is this a sign of pregnancy?

My cousin whom I pretty much take care of is three years old. I am beggining to worry that she may not be on target with speech and learning. She can talk and I understand most of her words but there is still alot of baby jibbberish that I think she should have let go of by now. I know one of her problems is the she talks to fast to try to get the words out correctly. Another thing is that compared to other kids her age I don't think she is on target in learning She barely knows her abc's and can't count past 15. She knows most of her colors but she won't say them when she is asked. Is she fine or do I detect slight learning problems.? Maybe I'm worrying a little too much. Any advice?

My daughter is 5 months old and she used to never spit up when she was first born. But from about 2 months on she has been spitting up. Sometimes she spits up for a good 2 hours or so. During that 2 hours she probably spits up 3-5 times. And enough each time to change her bib. Is this a normal amount of spit-up? Or is it something I should be concerned about. She is burped well and I am not over feeding her.

i really like him !!!!!! he s like one of my best friends and i've liked him since he came to our school last year . but i dont want to mess up his relationship with his gf. How do you feel when you first are pregnant? I missed four pills and started my period a week early which was last week I still had 3 more pills to take. The health center told me to start on a new pack this past Sun. They told me I could get pregnant so to be careful for a month well this past Sat and Sun my husand and I had sex hot and heavy. I started feeling sick yesterday morning from then on I have felt like I need to throw up a weird feeling. I still feel bad from yesterday. I have been on the pill for 8 years but this is the first time I missed pills. Should I take a test?

My boyfriend works in the evenings. Our two year old son adores his father and around 9pm our two year son anticipates his return home from work (as has always done). Problem is my boyfriend comes home and just as soon as the phone rings he's out out the door with my two y.o crying and chasing him begging to be with him. I hate the fact that he does this and I am left having to console our son. This has even led to my toddler raoming around outside at midnight looking for dad. My b/f is to the point at times where he will walk out and close the door in my sons face or get out of bed with us and leave just as our son falls asleep.While my relationship has many problems centering around my b/f's thoughtlessness behavior and laziness as man , I have to wonder what effect this will have on our son.

I had sex about 2 weeks ago and am 4 days late with my period. My son was laying down playing with a toy and alll the suddent locked up his body and had a horrid look of pain on his face and had the most horrible screach ever. I am 10 day late for my period. I have symtoms of being pregnant. I feel that i am pregnant. I am not stress or anything. Well me and my husband are trying to convcieve. Anyhow 3 preg test at home show neg.
So today i went to a clinic, i ask if i can get a blood test. The reception lady gave me a cup to test, i said i've already done that at home. I just want a blood test. She said that the blood test its the same as the home preg test. She even told me that the home preg test?urine test are more accurate. Is that true? I have to wait for 1 1/2 more week to get the test. Should i go somewhere else.or wait
