these pimple like bumps on my nipples around the aerola is this a sign of pregnancy?

I have never read anywhere that this is a sign of pregnancy. If ever in doubt, take a home pregnancy test or call your doctor.

I've never heard of that being a sign of pregnancy, but that doesn't mean it isn't. Check with your doctor to be sure.

it could be, i have kind of like pimple bumps on my breasts, but their more like, well its hard to explain, just red bumps where the pores are? that should help. i think its because my boobs are stretching
