Hi- I have a 3 year old girl and she has been having absolute melt downs lately! We have tried time out and taking stuff away, but good grief. It's so embarrasing when we go to the store and she has a coniption. Any suggestions?

ACCORDING TO THE ONLNE CALENDAR, I OLVULATED LAST WEEK. I HAVE HAD INTERCOURSE 4 TIMES SINCE THEN-1 TIME DURING AND 3 TIMES AFTER. TTC FOR 2 MNTHS. HAD INTERCOURSE WHILE MYCERVIX HIGH AND OPEN AND CM WAS FERTILE. WHAT DO YOU THINK AND HOW LONG SHOULDI WAIT BEFORETAKING PREG TEST?? CRAMPING NOW AND BREAST FEEL HEAVY-LIKE I SHOULD BE GETTING MY PERIOD.

In class the other day i heard these to girls talking and from what they said i think 1 of those girls might be preg. They are both either 13 or 14 and this is what they said:
Girl 1:Guess what me and josh just broke up!
Girl 2:Why?
Girl 1:He had 2 other girl friends!
Girl 2:O, does he know?
Girl 1: No, i'll tell him in 8 months.
I don't want to start rumors but it sounded to me like she's preg. what do you think?

I have now taken 3 home pregnancy tests..all positive...went to the dr today they took a test and it was positive, still doing the blood test will have results tomorrow but am very excited...just wanted to say good luck to all that are still trying to conceive..trust me don't give up..have PCOS and been trying for 3 years...had 2 rounds of Clomid...Good Luck to all!!

I recently attended a TWO year olds birthday party that was themed around the bratz dolls. This child recieved at least 2 dozen pieces of bratz merchandise and to be honest I thought they were bit sexual for a such a young child. My daughters birthday rolled around and the same couple who threw the bratz party bought my 2 year old a bratz sheet set for her "big girl bed" . The images on the sheets were girls with full blown floozy make up on and teeny tiny hot pants pjs....I disturbs me and I am hoping that these dolls are generaly aimed at older childern (say like 13?) I am just curious as to the trends others have seen and if in fact it is normal for such young children to play with toys like this....thanks!

I have a doctors appt at 10:30am tomorrow. My nurse said it could be a bladder infection. What are some other causes, besides miscarriages. I have no other problems, it'smore like a tirey crampy feeling.

I've been trying to conceive for about a year now and I finally gave in and bought the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor. It said my fertile days were Friday and Saturday. Now its Monday and my breasts are very tender (unusual for this time of month). Can anyone tell me why they are tender at this point in my cycle? I don't exepct my period to come for atleast 12-14 days.

I am a Loving Nurturing Mother/Homemaker. My 3yr old is in Head Start. On her age level Brigance test she made a 91% out of 100%. The highest in her age group and higher than some of the other students in the 4yr old group. She has been moved up to the 4yr old group-I'm very happy to announce. Everyday that I take her to Head Start school. Where I am the Parent Policy Council Rep. and commited volunteer. I don't feel that I am just throwing her away in anyway. In fact, along with everything I'm unconditionally teaching her, am helping my childs develop mentally, socially, physically and emotionally for the many stages of her life.

Just recently my son has gotten extremely shy. When there are people around that he doesn't know, he will hide behind things and stay there until they leave. He has always been a little on the shy side but now it has gotten worse. Is this a developmental thing or should I have him checked by a doctor?

I am 43 and pregnant with my third child. I have two other children, but they are 15 and 16 years old. At the littlest, there will be a 15 year age gap between my soon-to-be baby and my youngest right now. How will my teenagers act around it? When the baby is older, it might feel lonely since they will already be out of the house and living by themselves. What is your opinion on this?

Some clarification. My Gf is 20 weeks pregnant. I love her very much and nothing will cange that. In fact I hope to get married. But, she is pregnant and dosen't "want to make love". I want sex, It is important to me. Is it okay to have sex with a former f!@# buddy? If she dosen't find out. I would use protection of course. I think she might appreciate a break from me wanting sex all the time.
