you want site names, how about personal experience. teenage pregnancy is horrible, emotions that a teenager should not deal with, physical changes a teenagers body that has not completely developed can carry a child like a woman can. how about a fact, lower birth weight!
I could go on and on siter, just give me the word. But seriously if you need to talk, just email me,

I am 22 I got pregnant @18 not a young teen but still a teen, I loved it I don't say go for it, cause if you are the type of person who likes to hang out with friends allot I would say bad idea because once you get pregnant and especially after you have the baby you lose lots of friends and you cant go out very much cause you do have a huge responsibility to take care of, and even more important it wouldn't be a very good thing if you don't have a guy that will stick by you and help raise the baby, it would be best if you had a steady partner who is 100% reliable to keep a job and support you and the child. my little sister had her baby also at 18 but wasn't with a reliable guy, she struggles at the most and to make things worse I could be his second mom cause I watch him while she goes out and makes the money trying to support herself and the baby cause she has a loser boyfriend who cant keep a job.

Sorry, this doesn't come from a professional site, but from personal experience. My best friend had a baby at 14, felt it was too difficult to stay in school because of harassment, so dropped out -- then later felt it was too difficult to raise a child on her own at that age, so the baby was mostly raised by her grandmother. My friend ended up with no education that would make her employable, no husband (his family moved him away) and no child or life with her child. Worth it?

Well???? The consequences are that ..... you will have to grow up very quickly. You won't be able to hang out with your friends.. the way you would if you didn't have a baby!!! You have someone else to take care of other than yourself!! The extra money you make from you parttime job.. .( because I am assuming you are still in school).. can't be spent on designer clothing.... you now have to spend it on formula, diapers,, ,and clothes for the baby!!
And if your no longer with the babies father..... there aren't very many teenage boys that will want to be a "father" figure to your baby !!!

There is so much life ahead of you... enjoy it..... there is always time to have a baby !!!!

When I was going to a nutritionist while I was pregnant, once thing that I read about was that a lot of women that had babies as teens had a much higher chance of developing Osteoporosis when they get older because their bodies are still growing and require calcium and they are not injesting enough to support them and their growing baby. A pregnant teen needs at LEAST 2,000 MG of calcium a day.
