That's completely normal, just put some lanolin lotion on them, you can get it at walmart or anywhere that sells baby stuff. Its just hormones, and whatever you do, I know this sounds gross, but dont use soap on them in the shower, only water. Soap will make it ALOT worse. This should help.

Yes, I have and they make a lotion for your breast that is in a purple bottle called something like Lanocin or Lanocane. If your breast are already leaking you can get some of the milk or colostrum and rub in on the nipple and its suppose to help heal it naturally. Good luck!

totally normal! its just the changes in your body - everyone reacts differently for the most part. Mine did the same thing. Its like its getting settled into knowing the baby is coming -- gahh unfortunately if you think its bad now wait til u have the baby and begin nursing if you choose to do so . i would suggest maybe going to ur local drug store or k mart and getting some lanolin - its made for breastfeeding moms but its just a heavy duty ointment/moisturiser. use it whenever u feel u need it. Good luck

Yes it is from hormonal changes and lack of moisture and hydration.use aloe vera, vit e, vit a, and coco butter. Mix it all together. Slather yourself with it when you bath after you get out and befoer you dry off. They pat yourself dry. If they really bother you I used those little circle bandaids on mine and they didn't bother me any more.

I use this type of cocoa butter on my stomach and breasts to keep them smooth and to prevent stretch marks. But plain lotion should work just as fine on your breasts.

Kinda dry and itchy? Yeah. I just try to keep them moisturized and keep my husband away from them. They won't always be this way.
