I have a 13 month old son who refuses to eat most solid foods. He'll eat tortillas, pieces of Banana's, crackers and bread but that's pretty much it. My question is how do I get him to eat from a spoon or am I asking for too much because right now I'm putting formula, rice, and a half a bottle of baby food in a bottle (as a advised by my Mother-in-Law) and he eats it ONLY that way. HELP ME I DON'T HAVE A CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We don't know if we're having a boy or a girl yet, but we can't decide on names for either. Can anyone suggest a modern and not too popular name, but that's also not so weird the child will not thank us in a few years?

1.do u think it is ok to date your best friend of the oppisite sex??
2. is it normal to be nervous to ask out your best friend even if u know he likes u??

I have a seven year old daughter that is in the 2nd grade. She is very smart, loves to read, and loves school!she recieved nothing but straight A's since she has been in school. My problem is she started 2nd grade a week ago, and not only has my daughter told me that her teacher is very mean, she gets up to EIGHT homework assignments a night. She spends almost three hours doing her work! I think it is way too much! I will be meeting her soon, how do I bring this issue up without offending her.Also she told me that her gym teacher says that they do exercise "to loose weight"!! That is just wrong. She attends a great school, but I can't just let this stuff go!! Thanks for your help!!

Ok I know this is asked all the time on here, and I did take a test and it came out negative... but.... I just had my baby boy in December and was on the patch before we tried to get pregnant. On the patch I was very normal with my periods etc. My doctor gave me a weaker pill (lower horomone levels after because I was breast feeding) I am not breast feeding any more and my husband and I have had a normal sex life again. My period seemed to be getting on track, then the week before my "placebo" pills I bled very lightly, and last week when I was supposed to have my period, nothing. I still have no signs of getting a period, but DO have some pelvic pressure which was my first sign of pregnacy with my son. I dont know if I should discontinue the use of the pill until I get my period to be sure I am not pregnant, or just have faith in the pill that it is working or what... any good advice?

i am a virgin

recently, a so call friend decided to finger me

i did not see c.um on his hands/ see him mess around with himself (we were both fully clothed) he said there wasnt c.um on his hands

for some reason, i am still very worried because if there was.. it could result in pregnancy

can anyone help me? like would i have signifigantly felt/ seen it if there was c.um on his hands

would it have been all over my vagina? i went to the bathroom shorty after and didnt notice anything i dont think

im still worried although i had my heavy normal period 2 weeks after this incidient .. i dont know why i just need to be reassured i guess but i'm afraid to take a pregnancy test

so can anyone tell me.. i would have felt the c.um? not seen the c.um? siginifigantly felt it/ been all over me HELP!?!?! im a virgin and this is the first time i was ever touched!!!!

Before I was pregnant I always slept on my stomach. Now that I'm pregnant (6 1/2 months) it is uncomfortable for me to sleep on my stomach (for obvious reasons) but I always seem to wake up in the middle of the night laying on my stomach!

How can I break this habit?
Is it going to hurt my baby?

We need clarification about the new law of booster seats.
Does our son need to be 135cm tall and over 12 years or does he need to be EITHER 135cm OR over 12.

He is at the moment over 135cm tall but only 11 years; does that make him void of a booster seat?

Hi all, three days ago my husband and I were fooling around and he inserted a relatively small vibrator inside me. It didnt hurt and he didnt go too deep. We didnt have sex either. The following day I started feeling a pain from the inside of my vagina to my lower abdomen, it was a burning painful sensation w spasms. Everytime I pressed my abdomen, my lower abdomen and the inside of my vagina would hurt a bit. What could this be? Have u ever felt like this before? Thanks

I had unprotected sex like 3 weeks ago, but it wasn't completely unprotected. We started to have sex without a condom and then decided to use protection, but for some reason my period is late by a week now. I don't really have any symptoms, except for I have cramps, a lot of discharge and I feel moody (which could mean my period is coming). I took a test yesterday which came out negative, but I am still worried about it. I plan on taking a blood pregnancy test in like a week, but I just wanted to get some insight from people.

My husband and I have been together for 9 years and have a wonderful 4 year old daughter. He decided then to have an affair an unfortunatly got the girl pregnant. Before this we had a couple of minor problems but was overall a great dad and great husband. Because of this I decided to work things out for the sake of our family and because we truly love each other. He made a huge mistake and although I am still pissed off I know we can get through it. The problem now is the other girl. She is about 5 months pregnant and wants him to be involved and keeps calling him. He wants nothing to do with her or the baby. We agreed it would be less confusing for our daughter if it was never brought up. What can we do? Does his name have to be on the birth certificate? We are in california, any laws we should know about? How can we get her to leave us alone and let us fix our family?

I only want to hear from people who actually tried not to gain over twenty five pounds in their pregnancy. I don't want a lecture on physical activity and diet since I know this to be true and effective. What I would like to know is if you did anything special besides activity/diet to keep your pregnancy weight gain at bay. Examples: drink a gallon of water a day, weigh your food, don't eat after 6 PM, light weight training. Doing a study. Thanks for all your help. Oh, can you include weight and age?
