i am looking for a name that isnt strange but is a little less common than james or mathew or josh or somthing. I dont want it to sound to counrty either. Preferably a name that sounds good with james as a middle name (its a family name) Any suggestions?

My sons name is Keal (pronounced like Neil) This not a very common name. It is Finnish I have been told. My husband picked it. We also have another boy named Luca and I am 30 weeks pregnant and we don't know the sex of the baby, so we need to pick one of each names. We had decided on Domonic James for a boy (Until a ousin just had her baby boy and called him Dominik) Who would have thought. LOL Good Luck

Try a name that starts with a T or a D that way he will have a cool nickname later like TJ or DJ. it's better than a derivative of a name that's funky.

My great grandfathers name was Bose James.
Sounds like Bosey, but without the Y. Everyone called him BJ.
He was one of the last true cowboys I know of. He rode horses till the year he died. A great man.
